Objcetive Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory and recurrent skin disease in dermatology, which often occurs in young and middle-aged people. The specific pathogenesis of Psoriasis is still unclear, and it is a complex disease caused by multiple factors such as genetics, environment and immunity.Psoriasis vulgaris(PsV)is the most common disease in clinic. At present, there are few studies on the genetic basis of Mongolian psoriasis vulgaria in Inner Mongolia. Our research group found that HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del alleles were correlated with Mongolian psoriasis vulgaria in Inner Mongolia through association analysis.Based on previous studies and related literatures, the interaction between HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del allele will be further studied to study the influence of the occurrence of Mongolian psoriasis vulgare in Inner Mongolia,so as to provide some genetic theoretical basis for genetic testing, risk prediction and individual treatment of Mongolian psoriasis vulgare in Inner Mongolia. Methods 365 cases of Mongolian psoriasis vulgaris in Inner Mongolia and 284 cases in healthy control group were selected. All subjects who met the criteria were 4mL of peripheral venous blood, genomic DNA was extracted, and the HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del alleles in the case group and control group were detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR-SSP).After gender, age matching and quality control, the chi-square test was performed using SPSS 20.0 software to analyze the frequencies of HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del alleles in the Mongolian psoriasis case group and the normal control group in Inner Mongolia, respectively.Logistic regression was used to analyze the interaction between HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del allele using PLINK1.07 software(including potential confounders including age and gender). Results Under the dominant genetic mode, the frequency of HLA-Cw*0602 allele in the Mongolian psoriasis case group in Inner Mongolia region was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(OR=4.975,P=0.000).The LCE3C_LCE3B-del allele and the frequency of Mongolian psoriasis vulgaris in Inner Mongolia region were higher than those in the normal group(OR=2.038,P=0.004;OR=1.577,P=0.036;OR=1.636,P=0.006).Gene interaction using Logistic regression analysis results showed that the dominant inheritance mode of HLA-Cw*0602 and under the mode of recessive LCE3C_LCE3B-del alleles in Inner Mongolia region Mongolian exist in the interaction with psoriasis vulgaris(OR=2.382,P=0.033),and the interaction index S=1.21,the positive interaction and synergy effect enhancement are proved. Conclusion This study once again confirmed that HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del allele may be correlated with Mongolian psoriasis vulgaris in Inner Mongolia. At the same time,it was found that HLA-Cw*0602 and LCE3C_LCE3B-del allele had gene interaction in Mongolian psoriasis vulgare in Inner Mongolia, which had an influence on the risk of Mongolian psoriasis vulgare in Inner Mongolia. This study provides valuable data for the genetic study of Mongolian psoriasis vulgaris in Inner Mongolia.
