Objectiv'e:To make allergic purpura model based on Western medicine and Mongolianmedicine theory.Strive to create a mature allergic purpura model.The efficacy of Moongolianedicine safflowr-B-flavontre atm ent was observed,and the immunoregulatory effect of Mongolian medicine safflower-8 scent on mouse purpura model and the mechanism of action of new safflower-8 scent on allergic purpura were studied.The clinical application of-8-flavored pills provides a basis for the development and research of Xinhonghua-8-flavored pills.Methods:1.Using the combination of Moncgoolian and Western medicine to create a type I skin allergy model+blood heat model to create an acute allercic purpura model.Under the overall conditions,it is observed whether the experimental animals meet the requirements of the"unification of the disease-binding condition",and the immune index is further detected.2.Using the combination of Mengxi medical technology to create IgA nephropathy model+blood heat model to create a chronic kidney allergic purpura model.Under the overall conditions,it is observed whether the experimental animals mieetthe requirements of the "unifcation of the disease-binding condithion".and the immune index is further detected.3.Study the difference bebtween type I skin allergy model+blood heat model and type I skin allergy model+no blood heat model,and obsenve the effect of blood heat model on type I skin allergy model.4.The diagnosis and treatment of the new safflower-8 flavoic on the allergic purpura model rats,the effects of skin purple shift,urine routine,blood routine and immune indicators.Comparison.comparison between each dose and comparison bebween positive control drugs.Results:1.The rat model of acute allergic purpura was successfully estahl-shed2.Successfully established a chronic rsenal allergic purpura model.3.The type I skin allergy model+blood heat model group was significantly higher than the type I skin allergy model+no blood heat model group.(P<0.05)4.M ongolian medicine new safflower-8 on the blood routine of allerpic purpura model rats;RBC,HGB,NE%,EO,PLT have obvious therapeutic effect(P<0.01).5.Mongolian medicine Xinhonghua-8 had significant therapeutic effects on serum of IHE,IgG,C3,ICI,IL-2 and IL-6 P<0.01 or P<0.005).6.Mongolian medixcine Xinhonghua-a has obvious therapeutic effecton skin blue class of allergic purpura model rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Using the comboinatior of Mongolian and Western medicine to create a type I skin allergy model+blood heat model can be used as an acute allergic purpura model.2.IgA nephropathy model+blood heat model can be used as a model of chronic renal allergic purpura.3.Type I skin allergy model+blood heat model group blue row diameter is significantlt highther than type I skin allergy model+no blood heat model group to prove that the blood fever"that Mongolian medicine to elieves can cause allergic purpura theory.for manufacturing Mature models provide data.4.New safflower-8 has the function of regulating immunity,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy and enhancing physical fitness.5.The efficacy of the new safflower-8 high-dose group was higher than that of the positive group and the low-dose medium-dose group.
