| Allergic Purpura is a kind of immune disease , HSP belongs to the blood concretion and maculopapular eruption category in TCM. It is a kind of frequently occurring and high recurrent disease , and morbidity with the male children .It is not clear about its mechanism at present , great majority of scholars consider it belong to tertiary allergic reac- tion .The thesis summarizes the present situation study on HSP from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine .The experiment observed the effect on the englobe ability of mononuclear phagocyte system in normal rats ; on the capillary pressure permeability of the small rat; on the content of IC IgG IgM NO PGE in the serum of guinea pig, and the rate erythrocyte-rosette forming cell; on PCA erg amine content in the peritoneal exudates , the casting granules of hypertrophying cells of the big rat with first allergic reaction ; on bleeding time coagulation time and hemorrheology of big rats with tertiary allergic reaction. This study deliberates the therapeutic action and mechanism of Purple patches-eliminating Pill to HSP.The results showed that Purple patches-eliminating Pill has the pharmacological effects such as heighten the englobe ability of mononuclear phagocyte system; restraining permeability of capillary pressure ; reduce the content of CIC IgG IgM NO PGE in the serum ; increase the rate erythrocyte-rosette forming cell ;restrain PCA ofrat .Protect cell membrane .restraining the casting granules of hypertrophying cell; reduce the release of allergic medium histamine ; lengthen the coagulation time and shorten the bleeding time ; reduce the shearing rate with high middle and low, and shorten the time of RBC electrophoresis , in other words , it can reduce blood viscosity. |
