"Baifang" was written in ancient Sanskrit by Longshu in the 1st and 2nd centuries AD.It mainly contains prescriptions. The full text is composed of 11 chapters, including the treatment of epidemic diseases, the treatment of human diseases, drug therapy and treatment of eye diseases, the second treatment of diseases, the third treatment of diseases, the fourth treatment of poisoning, the fifth treatment of destroying ghosts, the sixth treatment of pediatric diseases, the seventh treatment of health, the eighth treatment of five kinds, the order after 100 prescriptions and the three theories.Research purposes: The ancient Indian prescription book "Baifang" in the 1st and 2nd centuries has made indelible contributions to Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine. Therefore,I take "Baifang" as the research subject, carry out literature collation research and summarize the relationship between ancient Indian Ayurveda medicine,Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine.I also carry out digital research and improve the Mongolian Dazang Jing Medical Database, which provides reference for relevant teaching, clinical and scientific research.Research methods: 1.Literature comparative study and collation research.According to the contents of "Baifang",the author compares it with other works such as Jingzhu Materia Medica,Baijingjian,Mongolian Medicine Canon,Mongolian Pharmacy, diseases and prescriptions,Four Medical Codes,Four Ganlu and Secret Prescription Sea,and summarizes the characteristics of this work, the author's academic thoughts and the ancient Indian Ayurveda's Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine.Influence.2.Digitalization research: The content of Mongolian "Baifang" was digitized by using the software of Mongolian Medical Ancient Books Documents Knowledge Base Management System developed by Mongolian Medical Museum of Inner Mongolia Medical University, combining traditional literature collation and modern ancient books digitization research methods. The specific operation flow of digitization is as follows: selecting background scanning collating scanned images multimedia processing establishing database converting scanned pictures into WPS editable data checking and proofreading text establishing metadata indexing template starting to interpret the content of Mongolian "Baifang" with OCR Mongolian Language Recognition Software Analysis, indexing final indexing data storage providing network intelligent retrieval. The results of the study are as follows: 1."Baifang" recorded 96 prescriptions and 24 mono-preparations for 70 kinds of diseases, including 207 kinds of medicines;six kinds of medicines such as decoction, powder, oil, suppository and mixer;four kinds of therapies such as emetic, laxative, mild cathartic, nasal cathartic;eight kinds of medication methods such as oral administration, external application, oral administration, coating, dropping, spraying, gargling and wearing.2.There are six Mongolian versions of "Baifang",a medical work written in the 1st and 2nd centuries A.D.3.Establish the knowledge base of "Baifang" and publish it on the internet. In the aspect of prescription research,30 prescriptions in Four Medical Codes,11 prescriptions in Four Manna and 15 prescriptions in Secret Fanghai basically follow the original intention of "Baifang".Among them(1)Sanzi Oil,which is recorded in Four Medical Codes and Secret Fanghai, comes from the prescription of ophthalmopathy in "Baifang".The three prescriptions in Four Medical Codes,Gardenia jasminoides,Piper,Cattle Urine,Purple Jasmine,Pine Joint,Terminalia Terminalis,Sophora flavescens,Cattle Urine and Black Cloud Fragrance, all come from the prescriptions of "Baifang" for nourishing the body, treating eye diseases and treating human diseases.(2)Ginger,Ferula,Zizhaosha,Kumai,Shapeng,Ginger,Xiangfu,Guanmutong,Hulu,Chagan Pump,Xiangfu and Zhixie Muzi, which are related to human diseases, play the role of basic prescriptions in the corresponding prescriptions of the Four Medical Codes and the Secret Fanghai respectively.(3)When other prescriptions of "Baifang" were inherited, the main drugs remained unchanged, and the other drugs changed to be more suitable for modern medicine and clinical treatment of diseases.2.In the aspect of drug research, the following seven chapters are summarized:(1)75 kinds of drugs in the above seven chapters and the efficacy of 44 kinds of drugs are summarized by Jingzhu Bencao and Baijingjian, from the following seven chapters: the treatment of human diseases, the second treatment of diseases, the third treatment of diseases, the sixth treatment of pediatric diseases, the seventh treatment of health, the eighth treatment of five kinds and the order after "Baifang".The Mongolian Pharmaceutical Code and Mongolian Pharmaceutical Heritage are handed down.(2)Pain relief and swelling of pine knot;cough relief of raspberry;pain relief and asthma relief of drip;sore clearance and wound treatment of turmeric and Coptis chinensis;diarrhea relief of Guanmutong and Xiangfu;cough relief and phlegm relief of Shanbai;asthma relief of Xiangfu is not recorded in Jingzhu Materia Medica,Baijingjian and Mongolian Pharmacopoeia, but directly inherited by Mongolian Pharmacy, which shows that "Baifang" is a modern Indian medical work.Pharmaceutical research provides more favorable reference value.(3)From the second part of Baifang's disease treatment and the third part of disease treatment, the two parts of "Chagan Pump A,Sanzi,Huangbai,Huangbai, honey, runner, coptis, coptis, cassia, cassia, cassia, cassia, wood incincincense, black, black cloud, wet ginger, wetgin ginger, lotus, pepper, pepper, ginger, dendrobium, radix sophorae Tonkin, semen holarrhenae,Licorice,Sandalwood,Vanilla,Loquat Leaf,Salvia,Conch,Coptis chinensis " The efficacy of 28 kinds of medicines and the original prescription was inherited by "Secret Fanghai".(4)Six kinds of diseases and corresponding diseases, such as Quercus pubescens as hematopathy,Fennel as epidemic disease,Viburnum vulgaris as insect disease, recorded in "Baifang" were inherited by Four Medical Codes and Four Manna. The efficacy of Shi Jueming's detoxification, the detumescence of black clouds, the antipyretic effect of Qumai, the antidiarrheal effect of Xiejie Muzi and the repellent effect of Sugarcane Fruit are all inherited by Jingzhu Materia Medica,Baijingjian,Mongolian Medicine Canon and Mongolian Pharmacy.3.From the aspect of disease research:(1)The etiology and classification of epidemic diseases in Four Medical Codes,Four Manna Dew and The Sea of Secret Prescriptions, and the etiology and classification of eye diseases originate from "Baifang".(2)The classification of poisoning symptoms such as snake venom and rabies virus in Four Medical Codes and Four Manna comes from "Baifang".(3)The four main symptoms in the Four Medical Codes originated from "Baifang".4.Theoretical research: Tibetan medicine, three theories of Mongolian medicine in the four borders of Heyi disease,Sheila disease dietary borders, living borders, climatic borders, symptoms of Sheila disease, diet conducive to Heyi disease, living, treatment, four treatments of Badagan disease and so on all come from "Baifang".The contents of pulse, tongue and urine of Shila disease in Tibetan medicine,Mongolian medicine and moxibustion therapy in Badakan disease treatment are new contents based on the three theories of "Baifang".5.The characteristics of "Baifang" : Although "Baifang" is a medical work mainly composed of prescriptions,it not only records the theory of prescriptions, but also tells about three theories, the causes, classification, clinical manifestations, composition, dosage forms, medication and Jun treatment of 70 diseases and some diseases. Therefore,it provides a solid reference value for Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine in prescription research, theoretical research, clinical research and drug research.6.From the whole content of Baifang, the author summarizes the academic thought that the composition of prescriptions should be adjusted according to the etiology, the dose proportion of the components and the principle of regulating voxel therapy should be emphasized.
