Objectives1.To understand the family management style, behavioral problems and sleeping status of asthmatic children.2.To analyze the family management style, behavioral problems and influencing factors of sleep in asthmatic children.3.To explore the correlation between family management style, behavioral problems and sleep in asthmatic children.MethodsThis study is a descriptive study, using the method of questionnaire survey. From May 2018 to December 2018,218 children with asthma who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the pediatric asthma clinic of three tertiary hospitals in Changsha City were selected as the research subjects. The odd number of patients were selected in one day and even number in two days by simple random sampling.Questionnaires included the Children's Asthma Family Management Style Questionnaire, the Children Behavior Checklist(CBCL),and the Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children(SDSC).Using SPSS17.0 data entry analysis, the statistical methods used include descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,t-test,chi-square test, multiple linear regression and earson correlation analysis.P<0.05 showed statistical significance.Results1.The total score of the family management method for asthma children(236.27±14.08),the scores of care difficulty in the eight dimensions were lower, and the scores were equally divided(2.80±0.23).One-way analysis of variance found that the father's education level, mother's education level, husband and wife relationship, and mother's occupation were the main factors affecting the total score of family management methods of asthma children(P<0.001).The higher the level of parental education, the higher the score of family management(F=6.313,F=4.883,P<0.001);the better the relationship between husband and wife, the higher the score of family management(F=5.450,P<0.001);mother occupation There was a statistically significant difference with the total score of family management(F=2.993,P<0.001),in which the mother's occupation was medical staff and the family management method scored the highest(252.67±14.47).According to the independent sample t-test statistical method, whether the education manual was received and carefully read, whether the life work was affected by asthma disease was the main influencing factor of the total score of family management(P<0.001).Received and carefully read the education manual higher than the total score of the family management method that was not received(t=6.880,P<0.001);life work was not affected by asthma disease, and the total score of the family management method affected by asthma disease was higher(t=-0.410,P<0.001).Single factor into multiple linear regression analysis, the mother's education level, husband and wife relationship, whether to receive and carefully read the education manual, whether life and work are affected by asthma, the four factors into the regression equation, the regression coefficients are 2.887,3.865,9.044,-5.198.2.The number of children with asthma behaviors was 76,accounting for 34.86%of the total subjects, which was 12.93%higher than the national norm.Among them, the incidence of asthmatic children with 8 factors was higher than anxiety/depression(12.76%),withdrawal(6.88%),violation of discipline(6.42%)and thinking problems(5.50%).A comparison between the three factors of social ability in children with asthma found that the detection rate of activity was low(31.19%).Chi-square test was used to analyze the influencing factors of behavioral problems.Family economic status was the main influencing factor of behavioral problems in children with asthma(x ~2=6.667,P<0.05).The incidence of behavioral problems among children with high annual household income was lower than income.Low asthma children;the chi-square test found that gender was the main influencing factor of behavioral problems in children with asthma(x~2=4.832,P<0.05),and the incidence of behavioral problems among male children was higher than that of female children.3.The total score of asthmatic children's sleep disorder scale(36.32±4.57),and the number of sleep disorders detected by 218 subjects was 66(30.27%).Among them, sleep and maintenance sleep disorder(DIMS)and sleep arousal transition disorder(SWTD)scored the highest in children with sleep disorders(9.97±2.54),(10.17±2.43).One-way analysis of variance was used to find out the school attendance and the number of emergency visits due to asthma attacks were the main factors affecting the total score of sleep disorders in children with asthma(P<0.05).The total score of sleep disorder in children with asthma in primary school was higher(36.51±4.69),and the score of sleep disorder in asthmatic children who did not attend school(family)was the lowest(33.58±3.65),and the variance analysis was F=5.572.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the number of emergency visits was 0 times due to asthma attack, the lowest score of sleep disorder in children with asthma was the lowest(35.71±4.12),the scores of 2 times and 3 times were higher(38.05±6.07;37.95±5.35),and the variance analysis was F=3.210.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.The total score of behavioral problems in children with asthma may be negatively correlated with the total score of family management. The Pearson correlation coefficient is-0.132.Among them, the school situation and the family management method may be positively correlated. The Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.170.The withdrawal, body complaints, aggression and family management methods are negatively correlated. The Pearson correlation coefficients are-0.122,-0.138,-0.136,respectively.The total score of sleep disorders in children with asthma was negatively correlated with the total score of family management. The Pearson correlation coefficient was-0.163.Among them,sleep-disordered breathing(SDB),sleep-wake transition disorder(SWTD),and excessive sleepiness disorder(DOES)may be negatively correlated with the total score of family management. The Pearson correlation coefficients were-0.269,-0.144,-0.176,respectively.There was no correlation between the total score of sleep disorders in children with asthma and the total score of behavioral problems.Conclusions1.Asthma children's family management methods have a higher total score.Mother education level,husband-wife relationship, whether to receive and carefully read the education manual and whether life and work are affected by asthma disease are the main factors affecting family management.2.The incidence of behavioral problems among children with asthma is higher than the national norm. The higher incidence of behavioral problems is anxiety/depression,withdrawal,disciplinary and thinking problems, and the detection rate of activity ability is the highest.Gender and family economic status are the main influencing factors of behavioral problems in children with asthma.3.The detection rate of sleep disorders in children with asthma is higher, and the scores of sleep and maintenance sleep difficulties(DIMS)and sleep arousal transition disorder(SWTD)are the highest. The number of different school attendances and the number of emergency visits due to asthma attacks are the main influencing factors of sleep disorders in asthmatic children.4.Family management of asthmatic children is inversely related to behavioral problems and sleep disorders.Behavioral problems in children with asthma are not associated with sleep disorders.
