Obejective : This article aims to investigate the association between platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and erythropoietin resistance index(ERI)in maintenance hemodialysis patients. To investigate whether the PLR value of hemodialysis patients is related to the erythropoietin responsiveness. Methods: From October 2017 to August 2018,100 hemodialysis patients were selected from the hemodialysis center of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital.According to the exclusion and inclusion criteria,Collect general data and biochemical indicators of MHD patients: name, gender, age, weight, primary disease, dialysis age, dialysis frequency, erythropoietin dosage(observe 4 months, average of weekly treatment dose),white blood cell count(WBC),lymph count(LC),platelet count(PLT),neutrophil count(NEUT),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood Calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),parathyroid hormone(PTH),ERI values calculated according to the ERI formula, calculated The ERI median level was divided into two groups:group A: high ERI value group > 1.72(IU·L·kg-1·g-1· week-1)(50 cases)and group B : Low ERI value group <1.72(IU·L·kg-1·g-1· week-1)(50cases).Therefore,the general data and biochemical data between the twogroups were compared. The correlation between ERI values and each index was analyzed by Pearson correlation, and the relationship between ERI and PLR in MHD patients was analyzed by multiple linear regression. At the same time,50 healthy people in the health check-up center, the age and the hemodialysis group were selected as the healthy control group, and the difference between the PLR values in the healthy population and the hemodialysis group was compared.Result:The rank sum test indicated that the platelets and lymphocytes in the hemodialysis group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group(allP<0.05).platelet-to-lymphocyteratio,andtheneutrophils,neutrophi ls/lymphocytes in the hemodialysis group were significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.05).The dialysis time, albumin,CRP,hemoglobin and platelet cells/lymphocytes between the high ERI group and the low ERI group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that ERI was negatively correlated with hemoglobin(R=0.427P<0.001)and albumin(R=0.446 P<0.001);with PLR(R=0.289 P=0.020),dialysis age(R=0.333 P)=0.007),In CRP(R=0.281 P=0.024)is positively correlated.Multiple linear regression showed that hemoglobin, albumin, and PLR were significantly associated with ERI.CONCLUSION:1.The PLR and NLR levels of the MHD patients are higher than those of the healthy group, suggesting that there is a certain degree of microinflammation in the maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the microinflammation state is the factor of erythropoietin hyporesponsiveness.2.The ratio of platelet to lymphocyte is an independent factor related to erythropoietin hyporesponsiveness.
