Investigation Research On Grassroots Employment Invention Of Medical Students Based On TPB Theory

Objective To investigate the status of grassroots employment intention among medical students;Construct a mechanism model of medical students' grassroots employment intention based on the theory of planned behavior,and use it as a tool to analyze the influencing factors of medical students' grassroots employment;At last to put forward policy recommendations for guiding medical students' employment invention.Methods The literature analysis method was adopted to sort out the relevant literature on the employment intention and influencing factors of medical students in grassroots areas.Questionnaire survey method was adopted and self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out the questionnaire survey.Means and constituent ratio were adopted to describe medical students' grassroots employment intention and core variables.The determinants of medical students' employment intentions were analyzed by a chi-square test and binary logistic regression method.Results 44.0% of medical students were unwilling to work in grassroots areas,while the average score of their employment intention was 2.57;the average score of attitude was 18.40;the subjective norm of employment was 10.82;and the average score of perceived behavior control was 16.22.Family location,attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavior control are the main factors affecting medical students' employment intention in grassroots areas.Conclusion 1)The theory of planned behavior is applicable to analyze medical students' employment intention in grassroots areas;2)Medical students' employment intention in grassroots areas are still low;3)Attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control have positive effects on medical students' employment intention in grassroots areas;4)Medical students in rural areas are more inclined to choose grassroots employment.Figure 3;Table 7;Reference 44...
