| Objective: Observing,statistic,and analysis of the clinical benefit of ovarian epithelial cancer patients receiving early-stage high-risk group in our hospital and receiving paclitaxel plus carboplatin combined chemotherapy,combined with oral diosgenin decoction.It provides a clinical basis for the synergistic effect of diosgenin in patients with ovarian epithelial cancer during chemotherapy,and it is an effective illustration for the effective improvement of the quality of life of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer chemotherapy.Methods: Sixty patients with postoperative chemotherapy for epithelial ovarian cancer were enrolled and divided into control group and Chinese medicine group under complete selfselection.The control group received postoperative chemotherapy alone,and the Chinese medicine group received chemotherapy + yam pills treatment.Both groups were treated for 6 cycles until the end of the treatment.The changes of the quality of life(FACT-O),Kaposi score(KPS),ECOG physical score,tumor markers,blood routine and safety indicators before and after treatment were observed and counted in the two groups of ovarian cancer patients.Statistics were performed using SPSS24.0.Analyze and draw conclusions from clinical studies.Results:(1)Impact on quality of life: There was a statistically significant difference between the Karst score and the ECOG treatment(P<0.01).The Karner score and ECOG score of the Chinese medicine group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the quality of life(FACT-O)was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of physiological and functional status of the Chinese medicine group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The effect of TCM syndrome efficacy scores on the TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Effects on tumor markers: There were significant differences in the four tumor marker indexes(CA125,CA199,CEA,HE4)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).All the indicators were decreased after treatment.The levels of CA125 and HE4 in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).(4)Effects on blood routine: There were statistically significant differences in blood routine parameters(white blood cells,hemoglobin,red blood cells,and platelets)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were also blood routine indicators between the two groups after treatment.Significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the blood routine index of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the chemotherapy period,the chemotherapy drugs significantly inhibited the bone marrow hematopoietic function,but the traditional Chinese medicine.The degree of myelosuppression was significantly reduced in the group compared with the control group.(5)Impact on safety indicators: The comparison between liver and kidney function tests(AST,ALT,Cr,BUN)after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine group had low AST,ALT,creatinine Cr and BUN in the control group.Conclusions:(1)Dioscorea combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.(2)Dioscorea combined with chemotherapy can significantly enhance the efficacy of TCM syndromes in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.(3)The treatment regimen of Dioscorea combined with chemotherapy can significantly reduce the level of tumor markers(CA125,HE4)and enhance the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy drugs.(4)The treatment of diosgenin combined with chemotherapy can significantly reduce the myelosuppressive effect of chemotherapy drugs and significantly reduce the liver and kidney damage of chemotherapy drugs,improve the tolerance of patients to chemotherapy drugs,and play a clinical effect of increasing efficacy and reducing toxicity. |
