Objective:To test the miR-141-3p expression of epithelial ovarian cancer samples in both chemotherapy resistant and sensitive tissue, and to explore the molecular mechanism of drug-resistant in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods:Bioinformation software was used to predict the possible target gene of miR-141-3p.Real-time PCR was performed to confirm the expression of miR-141-3p and the target gene TGF-β2 in both chemoresistance and sensitive tissue. Results:The expression of mi R-141-3p was signifcantly higher in chemotherapy resistant tissue than that in sensitive ovarian cancer tissue(P<0.05).The difference in the expression of TGF-β2 between chemoresistance ovarian cancer tissue and sensitive ovarian cancer tissue was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of miR-141-3p in chemotherapy resistant epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was higher.TGF-β2 may be the target gene of miR-141-3p.
