Clinical Observation Of Chaizao Zhichou Granulas In The Treatment Of Multiple Tic Disorders With Heart And Liver Burnt Bloom

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaizao Zhichou particle in the treatment of children with Tourette Syndrome(liver depression and mind disorder type),and compare with the Tiapride hydrochloride,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Tourette Syndrome.Methods This study will meet the inclusion criteria of 72 patients,were randomly divided into treatment group(Chaizao Zhichou particle)in 36 cases,control group(Tiapride)in 36 cases,two groups were treated for 12 weeks,the treatment of 6,12 in patients with follow-up visits over the weekend and compared the effect.Compare the effect by the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and TCM syndrome score method,records of two groups of drugs in the treatment of children with Tourette Syndrome motor tics,voical tics and TCM syndrome score changes,the results were analyzed by SPSS 20,to analyze whether the efficacy of the two groups had statistical significance.Results 1 Before treatment,experimental group and control group in age,gender,duration and YGTSS score,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2 Compared with the two groups after treatment 6 weeks and 12 weeks YGTSS total score,no significant difference(P>0.05),before and after each treatment,P<0.05,statistically significant.3 The clinical effective rate of the two groups after treatment,after statistical analysis,P>0.05.The results showed that there was no statistically difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.4 In terms of the clinical efficacy and effective rate of motor tics,the treatment group was ineffective in 3 cases,effective in 33 cases,and the effective rate was 91.67%;the control group was ineffective in 5 cases,effective in 29 cases,and the effective rate was 85.29%.In terms of the clinical efficacy and effective rate of vocal tics,the treatment group was ineffective in 4 cases,effective in 32 cases,and the effective rate was 88.9%;the control group was effective in 32 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,and the effective rate was 94.1%.There is no statistically difference between the two treatment methods(P>0.05).5 The amount of YGTSS table score improved in comparison,in improving motor tic strength,number,frequency,complexity,interference of aspects,the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);in improving vocal tic strength,complexity,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);in improving vocal tic number,frequency,interference,the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).6 Two groups of Chinese medicine treatment of the comparison,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,and the control group was 79.4%;the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).7 There was no adverse reactions in the treatment group,but 3 in the control group;2 cases withdrew from clinical trials due to adverse reactions,the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 In the clinical curative effect,the method of Chaizao Zhichou particle and Tiapride hydrochloride to treat the Tourette Syndrome(liver depression and mind disorder type)both had significant clinical efficacy.2 YGTSS scale score Chaizao Zhichou particle to improve the strength,complexity of vocal tic is better than the Tiapride.3 Chaizao Zhichou particle in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the Tiapride.Figure 0;Table11;Reference 117...
