| Objectives:By observing the changes of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastric emptying rate,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,liver function,kidney function,adverse reactions and other indicators,the clinical efficacy of Chinese patent medicine Run Jiang Li Ge pill in the treatment of gastroparesis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with insufficient stomach Yin was explored.Methods:This study adopts the method of random Numbers,the selection from January 2018 to December 2018 in Shijiazhuang city,Hebei province hospital endocrine 2 outpatient and hospitalization can be diagnosed with stomach Yin deficiency in patients with diabetic gastroparesis 64 cases,and age range between the ages of 30-70,the 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each divided into 32 cases in each group.The control group was given moxapride citrate tablets,orally,one tablet at a time,three times a day,before meals;The treatment group was treated with Run Jiang Li Ge pills of Chinese patent medicine,6g,3 times a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment to observe and record fasting blood glucose before and after the treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastric emptying rate,symptoms integral,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,liver function,renal function changes,such as using spss21.0 to statistical analysis of data,if meet the normal distribution,with measurement data,the control group and treatment group comparison with independent sample t-test.Paired sample t test was used before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.If it did not conform to the normal distribution,the rank-sum test was used,frequency n(%)was used to represent the counting data,and the overall effective rate was compared by chi-square test,P<0.05 meant the difference was statistically significant.Results:The experimental observation of 64 patients were included in this study,which fall off 4 cases,and finally for 60 patients were included in the statistical analysis,using the statistical analysis to the age of two groups of patients before treatment(P=0.193),the course of the disease(P=0.793),gender(P=0.570),and other data were compared,the results showed that there were no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.Through this study included in 60 cases of stomach Yin deficiency type diabetic gastroparesis patients clinical experimental observation,after 4 weeks after treatment,the results are as follows:(1)The comparison of fasting glucose: two groups after treatment,respectively,the treatment group compared with before treatment decreased fasting glucose,statistically significant difference(p<0.05),fasting blood glucose in the control group before and after treatment did not change significantly,no statistical difference(p>0.05).(2)Comparison of 2h postprandial blood glucose: the 2h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups after treatment showed a decrease,and the treatment group(8.23±0.67)was better than the control group(8.56±0.38),with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of glycosylated hemoglobin: the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the results showed that there was no significant difference in patients' glycosylated hemoglobin(p>0.05),indicating that there was no significant improvement in glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups.(4)4 h of the gastric emptying rate comparison: two groups of patients after treatment were compared,the results showed that both improve before the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group emptying rate(71.33±15.81)significantly higher than that of control group(60.67±22.66),with statistical significance(P< 0.05),the two methods of treatment can make gastric emptying rate increase earlier,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.(5)The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison: the treatment group and control group patients about TCM syndrome integral comparison analysis,the data show that TCM symptom score than before treatment decreased(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome integral results of treatment group was obviously(4.10±3.32)is lower than the control group(6.77±4.20),statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and further illustrate two kinds of treatment all can improve the clinical symptoms,run down the diaphragmatic pill group obviously improve symptoms.(6)Quantitative score comparison: TCM symptom classification based on two groups of patients with symptoms before and after treatment was compared,the results show all decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),two groups of patients after treatment to improve the stomach ache faint,constipation symptoms have no obvious difference(P>0.05),but the early enough,abdominal distention,belching,nausea and vomiting,acid regurgitation,Gan Yan dry mouth clinical symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(7)Total effective rate comparison: a total of 30 cases of patients in the treatment group,which were cured of 5 cases of patients,a total of 11 cases of effective patients,effective patients a total of 13 cases,a total of 1 case of patients with no treatment,through the treatment of the total effective rate of 96.67%;Control group of 30 cases of patients,which were cured patients a total of 2 cases,patients with a total of 8 cases were markedly improved,with a total of 14 patients with effective,a total of 6 patients with treatment ineffective,through treatment,the total effective rate was 80%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was treated by total effective rate and the control group to compare the curative effect is distinct.(8)Comparison of safety indicators: through the comparison and analysis of liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)and no adverse reactions.Conclusions:According to the analysis of clinical data results,Run Jiang Li Ge pill has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastroparesis in patients with insufficiency of stomach Yin type diabetes mellitus.From the perspective of TCM symptoms,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DGP patients,such as early fullness,nausea and vomiting,belching and acid regurgitation,dry mouth and pharynx,and abdominal distension.Indicators to improve exploration from point of view,run down the diaphragmatic pill can make the patient's blood sugar level drops,the gastric emptying rate increases,and liver and kidney function not abnormal performance,therefore,clinically run down the diaphragmatic pill treatment stomach Yin deficiency type diabetes gastroparesis has better clinical curative effect and application value,worthy of promotion and further in-depth study.Figure 0;Table 14;Reference 72. |
