Research On The Medical Security System For Rare Diseases

"Building and sharing,and health for all" is the strategic theme of building a "healthy China".At present,China attaches great importance to the improvement and development of the medical security system,especially the medical security problem of rare diseases has received attention at the national level.This paper first reviews the definition of rare diseases by literature review to improve the awareness of rare diseases.Through international literature research,we can understand the status of medical care for rare diseases and the prevention of rare diseases in developed countries and regions.Diagnostic and therapeutic effects,summarizing the advantages and highlights of the refining case countries and their problems in the medical care of rare diseases;through domestic literature and literature,to understand the exploration and practice of advanced provinces and cities in the medical insurance system for rare diseases,sort out Summarize the outstanding achievements of advanced provinces and cities;analyze and compare the establishment process and contents of the medical insurance system for rare diseases in developed countries and regions,and the basic conditions of the current medical insurance system for rare diseases in China,and identify the problems in the medical insurance system for rare diseases in China.On the basis of the above research results,the rationalization of relevant institutional mechanisms is proposed to provide a basis for the improvement of relevant systems in China.The research on the medical insurance system for rare diseases is mainly conducted through five aspects:system background,market authorization,reimbursement method and degree,drug price and acquisition,and organization and organization.Through analysis and comparison,it found that China's medical insurance system for rare diseases is still not perfect,and there are still some gaps compared with other countries,such as the European Union and the United States.In the basic medical insurance system,medical assistance system,social organization and charity assistance system,etc.Need to be improved afterwards.Figure 3;Table 2;Reference 50...
