Study On Quality Of Life And Promotion Strategies Of Occupational Disease Patients In Hangzhou

Objective:To understand the quality of life of occupational disease patients in Hangzhou through questionnaires,analyzed the influencing factors of the quality of life of occupational disease patients,and provided scientific suggestions and measures for improving the quality of life of occupational disease patients.Methods:1.Selection of research objects: By stratified sampling from the registered occupational disease patients in Hangzhou Hospital for the Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Disease,eligible survey objects were selected,stratified according to the diagnostic age within one year,within five years and over five years,and these three groups were selected by convenient sampling.A total of 303 patients with occupational diseases were investigated effectively.2.The method and content of the investigation: The method of combining on-the-spot investigation with telephone investigation was adopted.The investigation was conducted face to face by the investigators and the respondents.The self-rating scale of the respondents was combined with the filling-in of the investigators.In the telephone investigation,the way of the questionnaires was taken by the investigators to ask for records and answer the respondents.The questionnaire consists of five parts.The first part was the basic situation,the second part was the health service and social assistance,the third part was the lifestyle,the fourth part was the quality of life scale(SF-36 scale)and the fifth part was the social support rating scale(SSRS).To explore the influencing factors of quality of life of occupational disease patients and put forward relevant strategies.3.Statistical analysis: EpiData 3.1 was used for data entry and SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Statistical analysis methods such as Z-test,correlation analysis,factor analysis,non-parametric test and multiple linear regression were used in the study.Results:1.The internal consistency Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the SF-36 scale was0.701~0.977,indicating good internal consistency.The cumulative contribution rate of the two factors was 75.36% in the structural validity test.2.The quality of life of occupational disease patients in Hangzhou was mid-low level.The scores of Physiological-Function(PF)was(63.96±28.75),Role-Physical(RP)was(39.93±47.43),Body-Pain(BP)was(75.42±18.55),General health(GH)was(33.89±25.26),Vitality(VT)was(54.65±23.03),Social Function(SF)was(69.06±26.56),Role-Emotional(RE)was(51.16±48.50)and Mental Health(MH)was(62.86±22.94).Every dimension of occupational disease patients were lower than the norm.The scores of quality of life of occupational disease patients with different characteristics were different,and the differences were statistically significant.(P <0.05).3.Multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with occupational diseases included five aspects.Basic situation:Occupational disease type,disability grade,monthly income,chronic illness,and education.Health services and social assistance: Rehabilitation,payment method of medical expenses,and proximity of medical institutions.Behavior pattern of living:Frequency of eating fish,exercise intensity,drinking level,number of weekly exercises,sleep status,frequency of eating vegetables.Social support: Objective support points,utilization of support and subjective support.Conclusions:1.The quality of life of occupational disease patients in Hangzhou was mid-low level.,which should be highly valued by relevant departments.2.The factors affecting the quality of life of occupational diseases patients include the degree of occupational disease damage,economic subsidies,health services and social assistance,lifestyle and social support.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of life of patients with occupational diseases,we should improve the medical aid system,social support system and targeted health management,to improve the situation of insufficient utilization of health services and heavy medicalburden,alleviate psychological pressure and enhance social support.
