Research On The Rural Doctors' Role And Supply Model In Elderly Health Management

[Purpose]Health management in the new era needs to transform into a “full life cycle” health.This study is based on the health management of rural elderly,aiming to understand the supply and management of rural elderly health care providers(village doctors and teams),and the expectation and perception of health management by the demand side(rural elderly).In order to improve the quality of rural health care services,a “service triangle” supply model for the elderly health management was constructed,which hopes to provide reference for the health management in the later period.[Methods]1.Literature and theoretical researchIt summarizes research results on the health management and theory of the elderly,analyzes the traditional elderly health management,and defines the new connotation of the elderly health management.Based on the service triangle theory model,the model of rural elderly health management supply is proposed.2.Field investigationAccording to the geographical location and economic level of the country,a random sample was taken to investigate 81 villages in 13 counties(towns)of 4 counties in Jiangsu,Hubei,Anhui and Gansu provinces.At the supplier level: investigate the role of rural doctors and teams health management of the elderly.For the demand side,this study mainly uses the "Expectation Perception Survey Form for the Quality of Elderly Health Management" to measure the quality.3.Statistical methodThe supplier level mainly uses Excel,Spss19.0 and other software to analyze the overall health management of the elderly,learn about the current state of health management for the elderly in the region.The scores are placed in the quadrant map.The health management strategies of the elderly are analyzed by observing the values and spatial distribution of each point.[Results]1.Connotation definition of health management for rural elderly: The health management of the elderly highlights the management of the elderly,which is a management method that integrates basic medical care,basic public health and personalized services,and changes the traditional concept of disease management.It reflects the characteristics of service integration and information exchange.2.Analyze the basic situation of health services in the sample area,the supply mode of health management for the elderly.3.Use the "Expectation Perception Questionnaire for the Quality of Health Management of the Elderly" to investigate the expectations,actual feelings and perceptions of the elderly.The highest level of expectation is C71(timely access to village medical services when needed)and C81(in time to answer questions and answers),the minimum expectation is C111(village doctors focus on the protection of your privacy);the actual experience is best C62(the village medical drug guidance is clear and easy to understand),the actual experience is the lowest C32.The top three perceived service quality are the protection of your privacy,the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and the opportunity to express your opinions.4.The role and problem of rural doctors in the health management of the elderly: large demand,low quality of team division,non-standardized follow-up data,neglect of elderly safety and drug supply issues.[Conclusions]Borrow the service triangle model to build a triangle model of the elderly health management service.In this model,based on the needs of the elderly,the advantages of supply and demand,the health management supply system for rural elderly and the human and financial resources of rural elderly health management.
