Research On The Strategy Of Improving Health Care Service Quality In Rural Communitiesin Yantai Laishan

With the development of social economy,the economic income and living standards of rural residents are constantly improving,and the level of rural residents' demand for medical services is constantly increasing,in the hope of obtaining higher quality basic medical services.In 2009,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System(No.6(2009))and the Reform of the Medical and Health System.Opinions call for the development of rural medical and health service systems,and the further improvement of rural medical and health service systems based on county hospitals as leaders and township hospitals and village health offices as foundtaions.With the continuous development of the reform,the functions of medical institutions and the capacity of medical services at all levels in China's three-tier rural health system have undergone major changes,from interest first to public welfare,disease treatment to health prevention,from passive service to active service.On February 1,2015,the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening Reform and Innovation to Accelerate the Modernization of Agriculture,which clearly set forth the need to further "upgrade the level of rural public services" and "strengthen rural basic medical care,public health capacity and the training and supplement of rural doctors." As a result,the demand for improving the quality of medical and health services in rural communities and improving public satisfaction has become increasingly apparent.Taking Yantai Laishan District as an example,based on the course of service syste m construction,utilizing the service quality gap analysis model,analyzing the present situation,existing problems and measures on improving the service quality of rural com munity health services in Laishan District,to help the administrators find and eliminate t he problems existing in community health and health service quality,and safeguard the physical and mental health of the residents,in order to achieve the goal of a good quality o f life in rural communities.
