Research Progress Of MicroRNA In Diagnosis And Immunotherapy Of Sepsis

To Sepsis refers to the body’s dysfunctional response to infection and causes life-threatening organ dysfunction,which is the main cause of death in patients with severe infection.Because of its acute onset,complex clinical manifestations,diversity of infections,and high mortality,early diagnosis and treatment is particularly important.The sensitivity and specificity of the current laboratory indicators for the diagnosis of sepsis are not ideal.In terms of treatment,although many methods have been widely used in recent years,the mortality rate of sepsis remains high.This article summarizes the role of miRNAs in sepsis and sepsis complications,analyzes the role of miRNAs in the process of sepsis,and explores its value in the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis and its potential for treatment.
