Part ?ObjectiveThe study was aim to investigate whether there were any difference in gene-expression between the two groups,by screening the miRNA gene-expression in the plasma of patients with pneumonia and sepsis which secondary to pneumonia,.Methods5 patients with pneumonia and 5 with sepsis secondary to pneumonia were enrolled in the study.We adopted Sepsis3.0 which were newly published in 2016 to established the diagnosis of sepsis.Blood was collected within 24 hours after diagnosis,then centrifuge to obtain the plasma,and stored in the refrigerator at-80 ?.The total RNA was extracted from plasma,and screening was performed by using Agilent miRNA chip technology.Screening criteria for p...
