Research Purposes:Overseas talents with higher academic level and international vision,which is an important force in China's economic and social development.This paper takes the overseas talents introduced by Chongqing public hospitals as the research object,which carries out investigation and analysis on the current situation of this group,combining in-depth interviews with human resource managers,overseas talents and local talents on the related situation after the introduction of overseas talents to hospitals.In the end,the paper explores the problems existing in the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals,and it puts forward the optimization of the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals including countermeasures and suggestions.Research Method:1 Literature researchBy means of CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other electronic databases,with the key words of "talent introduction,overseas talent introduction,hospital overseas talent introduction" and so on,the relevant domestic and foreign literature or materials about this study are collected.After studying the government documents and investigation reports,we can understand the relevant policies and current situation of the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing.2 Questionnaire investigationOn the basis of referencing and referring to the current literature,combining with the main purpose of this study,according to the push-pull theory of talent flow and human capital theory,this paper draws up the relevant questions of the survey of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals and conducts a questionnaire survey.From the results of the questionnaire,the first-hand information about overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals is obtained,and it is processed and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.3 InterviewSemi-structured interviews were conducted with human resource managers,overseas and local talents to understand the true views on the introduction of overseas talents into hospital.Research results:Through questionnaire analysis and interview analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals,such as insufficient propaganda,unreasonable marketoriented mechanism,imperfect talent evaluation and incentive system,imperfect supporting policies after the introduction of talents,and difficulties in balancing the development of overseas talents and local talents.Conclusion:Faced with several problems in the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals,based on the push-pull theory of talent flow and the theory of human capital,the government should give full play to the positive role of market and hospital in attracting talents on the basis of intensifying policy propaganda.At the same time,we should take reasonable and effective measures to gradually reform the current talent evaluation and incentive system,establishing a one-stop service platform for overseas talents,and actively promote the balanced development of overseas talents and local talents,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of optimizing the introduction of overseas talents in Chongqing public hospitals,promoting the Development of Medical and Health Careers in Chongqing...
