For a long time,public hospitals have been under the support and protection of national policies,occupying a dominant position in the medical market competition.But in recent years,along with the new medical reform policy gradually perfect and the deepening of the reform of public hospitals,the state strengthens the diversified social do medical support,human resource management of public hospital environment is facing more complicated and serious challenges,public hospital management system reform and the improvement of the establishment system,the establishment of the assessment and talent incentive evaluation mechanism,and the optimizing measures such as medical workers practicing environment has become the current situation to further arouse the enthusiasm of medical workers,improve the work efficiency,the important measures to meet the demand of the masses go to a doctor.Based on Y in A hospital as the research object,combined with the basic concept of human resource management and related theory,using interview method,questionnaire survey in A hospital human resources management present situation and the management mechanism,people post matching,distribution of power and responsibility,compensation,labor relations management and so on the analysis of existing problems,the main developed countries and the area of public hospital human resource management experience for reference,on the basis of close contact new reform of public hospital human resource management work,the opportunities and challenges,from strengthening "people-oriented concept",to speed up the construction of modern hospital management system,Should improve with the system,and realize effective docking,people post defined job responsibilities assigned department,to explore cross department cooperation,improving the performance appraisal system,optimizing the allocation of compensation design and construction of a harmonious labor relations,and puts forward the feasible suggestion to promote employees’ personal growth,in order to explore suitable for China’s national conditions of public hospital human resource management mode for reference.
