Objective: To discuss the clinical application value of catheter irrigation combined with decoction in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods: 30 patients with this disease were enrolled in the second ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.15 patients with acne carbuncle were selected in the treatment group,it was implanted with the guidance of ultrasound and the pus cavity was washed repeatedly with normal saline once a day and treated with decoction.The control group with routing incision,filling with sterilized gauze for drainage,disinfection and dressing every day,it also combined with decoction.Results: Effective rate of treatment group and control group:In the catheterizing group 2cases are cured,accounting for 13.33%;6 cases are markedly effective,accounting for40.00%;5 cases are effective,accounting for 33.33%;2 cases is ineffective,accounting for13.33%;The total effective rate is about 86.67%.In the control group,2 cases are cured,accounting for 13.33%,6 cases are markedly effective,accounting for 40.00%,6 cases are effective,accounting for 40.00%,1 case ineffective,accounting for 6.67%,the total effective rate is about 93.33%.Comparison of pain between treatment group and control group,treatment group and control group: treatment group: special pain in 2 cases,accounting for 13.33%,general pain in 10 cases,accounting for 66.67%,and mild pain in 3 cases,accounting for 20.00%.In the control group:there were 9 cases of special pain,accounting for 60.00%,5 cases of general pain,accounting for 33.33%.1 case of mild pain,accounting for 6.67%.Comparison of shape satisfaction between treatment group and control group after healing:Satisfactory in 10 cases,accounting for 66.67%,generally satisfactory in 4 cases,accounting for 26.67%,unsatisfactory in 1 case,accounting for 6.67%.Control group: Satisfactory in 0cases,accounting for 0.00%,generally satisfactory in 5 cases.33.33%,10 cases were not satisfied,accounting for 66.67%.Conclusion: Catheterizing irrigation combined with decoction is effective in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.The effective rate of treatment group and control group is the same,but the treatment group has the advantage of small injury,less pain,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
