Clinical Observation Of Shuniaotong No.2 In Treating Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms In Perimenopausal Women

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shuniaotong No.2 in treating lower urinary tract symptoms in postmenopausal womenMethods:This study selected patients from the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from March 2018 to January 2019,who met the inclusion criteria for perimenopausal women with lower urinary tract symptoms.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients were treated with Shuniaotong No.2 and the control group was treated with Yinhuamiyanling tablets.The two groups were treated for 14 days.The comprehensive efficacy,LUTS score,QOL,Qmax,RUV and TCM symptoms of the two groups were analyzed.Analyze and evaluate clinical outcomes.Results:After treatment,the combined effect of the two groups of patients was better than that before treatment;The LUTS score,QOL,Qmax and TCM single symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the LUTS score and Qmax between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of urinary urgency,frequent urination,nocturia frequency,and weak waist and knee were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after RUV treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shuniaotong No.2 can effectively treat lower urinary tract symptoms in perimenopausal women,improve patients' quality of life,and have no symptoms.
