Universal Ty, Retention Of Urine, Shu Capsule Combined Treatment Clinical Observation In A Woman's Lower Urinary Tract Syndrome Patients

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Cernilton and Chinese drug Longbishu capsule used for female patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Methods:37cases of female patients with LUTS were admitted from2008to2012. Cernilton(each1,2times/day) and Longbishu capsule (each3,2times/day) were given to all patients. The treatment effect was evaluated by quality of life(QOL), maximum flow rate(Qmax) and post-void residual volume(PRV).Results:After treatment for a month,24cases have gained satisfactory curative effect. The ineffective13cases all underwent multichannel urodynamic examination. There were7cases of female bladder neck obstruction,4cases of unstable bladder,2cases of weak detrusor. The female bladder neck obstruction patients were treated with transurethral resection of bladder neck(TURBn).Post-operative results were satisfactory. In the process of the drug only2cases had mild abdominal distension, and no one stopped taking drugs.Conclusion:Cernilton and Longbishu capsule can be used for female patients with LUTS. Urodynamic study is useful in accurately diagnosing female LUTS and significant in guiding the therapy. TURBn is an effective therapy for female LUTS with ineffective drug.
