You Jia Le Combined With Sheng Mai San In The Treatment Of Qi And In Deficiency Type Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Clinical Observation

Objective:According to the clinical experience of the instructor,the application of the vitality with the effect of replenishing vital energy,eliminating phlegm and dispersing.The main purpose of the intervention is to determine the advantages of intervention therapy in patients with qi and yin deficiency.Methods:According to the case selection criteria,60 patients with qi and yin deficiency type Hashimoto thyroiditis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given 25 ?g per day.The treatment group: the other treatments were based on the above treatment.Sheng mai san,the composition of the prescription is as follows: ginseng 20 g Ophiopogon 15 g Schisandra 15 g classic prescription treatment,boiling until the amount of liquid 300 ml,divided into two morning and evening 150 ml each with warm water.One dose per day,even for 3 weeks,pause for 1 to 2 days,then continue to take 3 courses.The changes of thyroid function and thyroid autoantibody titer(TGAb,TPOAb),thyroid left and right lobe,TCM symptom scores and TCM syndrome effects were observed before and after treatment.Result:Shengmaisan combined with Youjiale(treatment group)had no significant effect on improving thyroid hormone level,antibody,left and right lobes and isthmus size,but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after TSH treatment(P < 0.05).In terms of reducing the total score of TCM syndromes after three courses of treatment,both groups could significantly reduce the score by taking orally Eucalyptus plus Shengmaisan,which was better than that by taking Youjiale alone.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 86.7%,and that in the control group was 53.3%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.004<0.05).Conclusion:Youjiale combined with Shengmai san,which is based on the principle of invigorating Qi,promoting Jin and Xiaoying Sanjie,has a remarkable effect in treating the clinical symptoms of thyroiditis.It can reduce the total score of TCM syndromes,improve the curative effect of TCM syndromest,it is more effective than oral Euphorbia alone.
