Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Combination Of Yuan-primary And Luo-conncting Points In The Treatment Of Liver-yang Upper Sputum Without Aura Migraine

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points in the treatment of liver-yang upper sputum without aura migraine and the mechanism of its therapeutic effect,and provide an effective treatment for the clinic.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the study criteria were divided into three groups by random number table method,he combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points group,the conventional acupoint group and the control group(20 in each group).The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points group : Tai Chong(Heart Meridian Point),Guangming(Bile Meridian Point)plus conventional acupoints;conventional acupoint group selection: Tai Chong,Xia XI,Sanyinjiao,Wind pool,Sun,Rate valley,Waiguan,and Foot weeping;Acupuncture 1 time / day,each time the needle was kept for 30 minutes;the control group was orally administered sibelin(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule)10 mg once a day before bedtime,3groups were 15 days for a course of treatment,by recording the syndrome The visual analogue scale(VAS)of the score and pain was used to evaluate the headache,improvement,and efficacy of the three groups,and to measure the serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).Results:1.The total effective rate of the original collateral acupoint group in the treatment of patients with liver-yang sputum type without migraine migraine was 90%,compared with the conventional acupoint group and the control group,P <0.05,with significant difference.2.The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points group significantly decreased the VAS value of patients with liver-yang upper sputum type without migraine migraine,compared with before treatment,P<0.05;compared with conventional acupoint group after treatment,P<0.05,with significant difference,and control group Comparison,P<0.01,has a very significant difference.3.The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points group significantly reduced the migraine symptom scores of patients withmigraine-type migraine(with no aura headache),compared with before treatment,P<0.01;compared with conventional acupoint group and control group after treatment,P<0.01,with a very significant difference.4.The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points group significantly decreased the serum 5-HT level in patients with liver-yang sputum-type migraine without aura,compared with before treatment,P<0.01;compared with conventional acupuncture group and treatment group after treatment,P<0.01,with a very significant difference.Conclusions:1.The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points is effective in the treatment of liver-yang sputum-type migraine without aura.The total effective rate is 90%.2.The combination of Yuan-primary and Luo-conncting points can improve the patient's serum 5-HT level and relieve pain.It provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of liver-yang sputum migraine(with no aura headache)and has clinical curative effect.
