Different Point Selection Method Of Moxibustion On The Uc Intestinal Mucosa Morphology And Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels

PurposeTo study the morphology,electrophysiological and immune function(cytokine IL-1.IL-10) of the rats by the means of Moxibustion treatment of the rats with ulcerative colitis,according to local point selection theory and remote point selection theory.To compare their differences in order to provide some guidance of election moxibustion points of UC patients' clinical treatment.Material and method50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,1.the normal group; 2.the model group;3.the Drug control group;4.the Moxibustion Tianshu Point Group;5.the Moxibustion Shangjuxu group.Establish a model with the Acetic acid model to law and treat the 3 treatment group rats:the Drug control group with drugs,the Moxibustion Tianshu Point Group and the Moxibustion Shangjuxu Point group with moxibustion.Take a measurement of all indicators during the period of treatment and after the treatment.These indicators include the general status,the histological indicators and the cytokines etc.And then analyze them.ResultsAll indicators become abnormal after model such as the general status. the histological indicators and the cytokines etc.of which cytokines compared with the normal group there were statistical significant differences(P＜0.05).Three treatment methods of UC rats have a certain effect,the indicators have improved.There were statistical significant differences(P＜0.05) in cytokines compared with the model group.Among the three treatments,the Moxibustion Tianshu Point group has bigger impact on the indicators than the drug control group.There were not significant differences in statistical significance(P＞0.05) with both IL-1βand I-10.The drug control group has the more obvious impact on the indicators than the Moxibustion Shangjuxu Point group.There were significant differences in statistical significance(P＜0.05) with IL-1β.The Moxibustion Tianshu Point group has bigger impact on the indicators than the Moxibustion Tianshu Point group.There were significant differences in statistical significance(P＜0.05) with All IL-1βand I-10.Conclusion1.The Moxibustion Tianshu Point has bigger therapeutic effect on UC rats than the drug.2.The Moxibustion Tianshu Point has bigger therapeutic effect on UC rats than The Moxibustion Shangjuxu Point3.Treatment of UC patients,especially in patients with recurrent.The point selection should be based on the local point selection if the moxibustion therapy was elected.
