Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hypertrophic Pharyngitis By Pecking Therapy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of pecking therapy combined with epiglottis zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,a safer and more effective treatment method was provided for patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis·Methods:Sixty patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis diagnosed by western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation as phlegm with coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with pecking method on the basis of oral epiglottis zhuyu decoction.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The changes and clinical effects of TCM syndromes and signs before treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment were observed.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was as high as 83.33%.The total effective rate in the control group was only 56.67%.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group increased to 9 3.33%.The total effective rate in the control group was 7 6.67%.Rank-sum test was performed for both groups 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment,with P<0.05,indicating a significant difference and statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group in each time period was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group not only had a quick onset but also had a significantly better final effect than the control group.Conclusion:(1)Pecking therapy combined with epiglottis zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis can effectively improve the patient's signs and symptoms,the effect is significant;(2)The total effective rate of pecking combined with epiglottis zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone,and the effect is rapid;(3)Pecking therapy combined with epiglottis zhuyu decoction for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,the length of treatment time is positively correlated with the clinical efficacy.
