Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Dampheat Type By Qingre Huashi Xingqi Prescription

Objective : Therapeutic effect of Qingre Huashi Xingqi Recipe on spleenstomach damp-heat type chronic gastritis was observed.The improvement of symptoms and signs and the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were evaluated.The clinical efficacy and safety of Qingre Huashi Xingqi Recipe in treating spleen-stomach damp-heat chronic gastritis were evaluated.Treatment provides beneficial counseling.Method:This study was included in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilo ngjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to October 2018.Professor Li Wei's outpatient spleen and stomach dampness type chronic gastritis patients,using Qingre Huashixingqi prescription for treatment,Accordi ng to the clinical symptoms,appropriate addition and subtraction of medication,1 day,Shui jian bi,a total of 2 weeks,respectively,before the treatment and 2 weeks after taking the drug,the syndrome scores were compared,and the c hanges in symptoms and signs and TCM syndrome scores before and after treat ment were compared and analyzed.The clinical efficacy of this study was calc ulated and the safety and adverse effects of the study were evaluated.Results:In this study,33 patients were enrolled,and 3 patients were abse nt(2 patients were not reviewed,1 patient was not prescribed),and 30 patients were eventually completed.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptom was significantly lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The mean value of TCM symptom scores of each single symptom decreased.The scores of TCM symptom of bitterness in each main symptom and secondary disease w ere significantly reduced.Statistical significance(P<0.01);the scores of TCM s yndromes in the sub-tests with low food intake were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of TCM symptoms of bad breath and mental fatigue in the se condary disease were not significantly reduced,no statistics Significance(P>0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 70.00%,of which 2 patien ts were markedly effective,19 patients were effective,9 patients were ineffecti ve,and 0 patients were clinically cured.Conclusion:Clearing away heat and dampness can reduce the syndrome s core of TCM of patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach and impr ove the clinical symptoms.The clinical curative effect is better.
