Objective: To investigate the effect of buerger exercise combined walking on symptom,ABI and the quality of life in patients with lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. Methods: A total of 60 patients in which Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty from January to October in 2018 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Both groups received medication guidance, walking exercise guidance and controlling of risk factors. The intervention group on this basis, given by the researcher himself to the buerger exercise guidance.Teach the patient himself and the same movement of the method, movement frequency and precautions,After two week of endovascular therapy,a biweekly follow-up call was given.Supervise the completion of the buerger exercise and walking. The ABI values affected limbs, painless walking distance, maximum walking distance and the quality of life were compared at 3 months after exercise. Results: There are no significant difference between the two group in general information(including age, gender, course of disease, risk factors)and the grade of Rutherford(P> 0.05),the two groups were comparability. There are no significant difference between the two group in ABI value, painless walking distance, maximum walking distance and VascuaQOL grade at 2 weeks after endovascular therapy(P>0.05),the two groups were comparability. There are no significant difference between the two group in ABI value at 3 months after exercise.(P>0.05)The painless walking distance, maximum walking distance and VascuaQOL grade of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the controlgroup at 3 months after exercise. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The painless walking distance, maximum walking distance and VascuaQOL grade of two groups at 3 months after exercise were higher than them at2 weeks after endovascular therapy. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There are 60 patients in this research, including 3 patients of lost to follow-up and 4 patients reject. There are not adverse reaction caused by rehabilitation exercise in the patients who are rejected.Except the patients of expulsion, there are 53 patients. There is a patients who has blood in phlegm and a patient whose gum bleed.Because of the anti-platelet therapy. There is no one bleeding after stopping the anti-platelet therapy. There are only two patients having temporary chest distress and shortness of breath caused by the higher walking speed. There are not any serious adverse reaction. The rate of adverse reaction which is related with rehabilitation exercise only is 3.8%.Conclusion: 1.Rehabilitation exercise is safe in patients which have lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans after endovascular therapy, but it has no effect on suffered limb blood circulation for them.It may be has positive effect on the improvement of the symptoms, walking ability and the quality of life for them.2.Buerger exercise combined walking compared with walking exercise on the improvement of the symptoms, and walking ability the quality of life in patients which have lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans after endovascular therapy effect is more obvious.3.Buerger exercise combined walking compared with walking exercise on the improvement of ABI in patients which have lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans after endovascular therapy effect is not obvious.
