Objective:To investigate the effect of buerger exercise on the blood circulation of ipsilateral limb?the patency of stent? the quality of life after femoral popliteal artery stenting in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after femoral popliteal artery stenting. Methods:A total of 100 patients with femoral popliteal stent from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n = 50),male(n = 42),female(n = 8)and intervention group(n = 50).male(n = 44),female(n = 6).Both groups received routine discharge guidance, conducted by responsible nurses, including medication guidance, dietary guidance, exercise guidance, psychological care and so on.The intervention group on this basis, given by the researcher himself to the buerger exercise guidance.Teach the patient himself and the same family members of the movement of the method, movement frequency and precautions,After a week of discharge,a monthly follow-up call was given.Supervise the completion of the buerger exercise. The ABI values, collateral circulation and stent patency of the affected limbs were compared at 3 months and 6 months after discharge.and the quality of life 6 months after discharge. Results:There are no significant difference between the two group in general information(including age, gender, smoking history,Complications)(P> 0.05),the two groups were compared. The ABI values of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after discharge. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.001).There was no significant difference in the collateral circulation between the two groups(P <0.05)at 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge.Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of patency of the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after dischargeComparison of two groups of quality of life: the physiological function, general health, mental health scores of the intervention group were enhanced, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the quality of life of intervention group(except the emotional functions and energy)were significantly improved before and after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);physiological functions, physical pain, general health, social function of the control group has improved, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.buerger exercise can improve the lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in patients with femoral popliteal artery stent after ipsilateral limb blood circulation.2.Buerger exercise on the improvement of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in patients with postoperative femoral popliteal artery stent patency rate effect is not obvious.3.buerger exercise can improve the quality of life after femoral popliteal artery stenting, but the improvement is not obvious in the emotional function and energy.
