Objective:To study the effect of Spleen and marrow strengthening method combined with CAG regimen on the quality of life of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods:Fifty patients of the elderly acute myeloid leukemia with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were collected from the inpatient department of Hematology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated with Treatment of Leukemia I combined with CAG regimen, and the control group were only given CAG regimen. The TCM syndromes and quality of life of the patients were evaluated before and after two courses of treatment in both groups.Recorded in detail and the database was established, and processed by SPSS 20.0 software.Result:1.TCM Syndrome Integral and Therapeutic Effect Analysis: after treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes of the subjects in the treatment group was significantly improved(p < 0.05);The total effective rates of the two groups were58.33% and 26.32% respectively.Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p < 0.05).2.Quality of Life Analysis: after treatment, the total score of life quality of the two groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Safety: during the whole course of treatment, there was no obvious hepatorenal insufficiency and allergic reaction in both groups.Conclusion:1.Spleen and marrow strengthening method combined with CAG regimen can improve the TCM syndromes of elderly AML patients with spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome.2.Compared with using CAG chemotherapy alone,Spleen and marrow strengthening method combined with CAG regimen can better improve the quality of life of elderly AML patients with spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome.
