The Clinical Study Of ShenFu Injection Alleviating Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neurotoxicity

Objective To analyze the effect of Shenfu injection on CIPN at different stages of tumor chemotherapy,and lay a foundation for subsequent research.Method A retrospective analysis of 214 patients was performed chemotherapy within two to six cycles with oxaliplatin or paclitaxel,and combined with or without Shenfu injection.They were divided into chemotherapy group(only chemotherapy in the whole process),combined group(chemotherapy combined with ginseng),sequential group(postoperatively used chemotherapy).Efficacy evaluation was divided into two phases,the recent incidence of CIPN(1 to 2 months after the last chemotherapy),and the incidence of long-term CIPN(11 to 12 months after the last chemotherapy).Analysis subgroup efficacy,in the combined group,and compared the incidence of near and distant CIPN in different doses of Shenfu injection.Preliminary comparison of the incidence of common side effects.Results 1.The recent incidence rates of CIPN in the combination group and chemotherapy group were 27.85% and 66.21%,respectively(P<0.01),and the long-term incidence rates were 17.72% and 45.95%,respectively(P<0.01).2.The recent incidence rates of CIPN in the sequential group and the chemotherapy group were 67.21% and 66.21%,respectively(P>0.05,before using Shenfu Ingection in the sequential group),and the long-term incidence rates were 32.79%and 45.95%,respectively(P>0.05,After using Shenfu Ingection).3.The short-term incidence rates of CIPN in the combined group and the sequential group were 27.85% and 76.21%,respectively(P<0.05,before using Shenfu Ingection in the sequential group),and the long-term incidence rates were 17.72%and 32.79%,respectively(P<0.05).After using the attached).4.In the combined group of 5-6 cycles chemotherapy,divided into two groups according to the time used of Shenfu injection,greater than 3 weeks and less than 3weeks,and the recent incidence rates of CIPN were 28.57% and 69.23%,respectively,and the long-term incidence rates of CIPN was 14.29% and 53.85%,respectively.5,Adverse reactions evaluation showed that,in the combined group and chemotherapy group,the occurrence of bone marrow suppression were 35.44% and60.81%(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in digestive tract reaction,liver and kidney toxicity.Conclusion 1.During the chemotherapy,combined with Shenfu injection can significantly reduce the incidence of CIPN than without.2,Shenfu injection were used in the same period or later of chemotherapy has different effects,and the former may be better for CIPN prevention and treatment.3.In long-course chemotherapy,the longer of the combination of Shenfu injection in chemotherapy,the better of the prevention and treatment effect of CIPN.4,Combined Shenfu injection during chemotherapy doesn't have obvious adverse reactions.
