Objective:1.By exploring the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes in patients with non-obese Polygonal Qvary Syndrome and analyzing the syndromes and related factors. We can provide re ferences for TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of non-obese PCOS.2.To analyze the clinical efficacy of Guashi Decoction in the treatment of patients with Polygonal Ovary Syndrome which belongs to Yin Deficiency and Stomach Heat Syndrome.Methods:1.Through face-to-face questionnaires on 106 n on-obese PCOS patients selected from the outpatientd ep artment of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital according to the standard of amission and exclusion, the general data of patients and the four TCM diagnostic were collected, the information database was established, and the date were analyzed by cluster analysis,Chi-square test,T-test,rank sum test, etc, and summarize the distribution regularity of syndromes and the correlation of various factors.2.The patients with Yin Deficiency and Stomach Heat Syndrome were treated with Guashi Decoction before and after treatment.Compare the symptoms and indicators before and after treatment, and observe the clinical effect.Results:1.Collected 106 patients with non-obese Polygonal Ovarian Syndrome, through cluster analysis of four diagnostic date, they were clustered into five broad categories contain kidney deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm syndrome, kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome, both the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome.Among them, kidney deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm syndrome accounted for 33%(35 cases);kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome accounted for 26%(28 cases);followed by card both the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome accounted for 10%(10 cases);card spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome accounted for 5%(5 cases).2.Statistical analysis of ? value of syndrome distribution and age, place of residence, mode of work, education level, plain pressure,sleep,sub-band condition and other factors of non-obese PCOS patients, showed no significance difference(P>0.05).3.Statistical analysis showed that the distribution of TCM syndromes in non-obese PCOS patients had statistical significance with the typical symptoms of PCOS,such as mood, eating habits, hairy acne, hyperinsulinemia, hyperandrogenism,LH?FSH and LH?FSH ratio and other factors(P<0.05),among which the difference of Yin deficiency and stomach-heat type was the most obvious.4.28 patients with Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome treated with Guashi Decoction were observed. After treatment, the patients recoveredl case(3.6%),9 cases(32.1%)were markedly effective,13 cases(46.4%)were effective, and 5 cases(17.9%)were ineffective. The total effective rate was 82.1%.The menstrual status before and after treatment was analyzed. The ratio of LH?T?LH to FSH in sex hormone indexes was compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared and analyzed(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM syndro mes of non-obese PCOS is mainly kidney deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm syndrome. There is a correlation between Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome and the clinical specificity of PCOS,which can provide feference for clinical symptom differentiation.2.Guashi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of non-obese PCOS patients with Yin defi ciency and stomach heat syndrome, such as the ratio of LH?FSH,LH?T,among which the ratio of LH?T?LH/FSH is significantly improved.
