Clinical Study Of Tangbikang External Washing Prescription Combined With Zusanli Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tangbikang external washing prescription combined with Zusanli moxibustion on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to explore the clinical value of Tangbikang external washing prescription combined with Zusanli moxibustion in the treatment of DPN,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of DPN.Methods: Randomized patients with DPN of deficiency blood stasis type were given basic treatment in both groups(proper exercise,diet control and reasonable hypoglycemic regimen monitored by doctors).At the same time,patients in the treatment group were given foot bath of Zusanli Moxibustion plus Tangbikang external washing prescription(its main medicines are Astragalus 30 g,mastic 30 g,myrrh 30 g,Danshen 30 g,Honghua 10 g,Di).Long10 g,Sichuan Achyranthes bidentata20 g,Chicken blood rattan 30 g,once a day,once moxibustion,wash each 30-45 minutes,a course of treatment of 8 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,Toronto score and nylon silk test were evaluated before and after treatment.Result: There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,Toronto score and nylon silk test before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,Toronto score and nylon silk test between groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Tangbikang external washing prescription combined with Zusanli moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the effect of TCM symptoms is better than that of the control group.There were no adverse reactions during the treatment,which indicated that the method was safe and effective,and could be used as a choice for clinical improvement of DPN symptoms.
