Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of thyroid atypical adenoma.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 275 patients with thyroid atypical adenoma admitted to our hospital in 10 years,compared with the incidence,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of the first 5 years(group A)and the second 5 years(group B)Happening.Results: The mean age of group A was(41.37±20.35)years old,and the mean age of group B was(32.27±27.40)years old.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were 50 males in group A and 44 females in group B.There were 81 cases and 100 females.There was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).According to preoperative needle aspiration,ultrasound,neck enhanced CT can not be clearly diagnosed.Conclusion: The rate of atypical adenomas in our hospital has increased,and it tends to be younger.The pathological specimens of paraffin are the basis for diagnosis.It can be cured by surgery.Adequate preoperative examination and a reasonable surgical plan are the key to successful treatment.
