Objective: superior sagittal sinus especially near the central area of meningioma, often because the tumor is large, resulting in different degrees of upper sagittal sinus stenosis or occlusion, causing cerebral cortex drainage venous reflux disorders, resulting in different degrees of neurological dysfunction. It is of great value to explore the surgical methods for the invasion of parasytal meningioma to protect the normal brain tissue and venous return system, and to recover the nerve function after surgery.Methods:Thirty-two patients with parasagittal sinus meningioma located in the central region from 2017 to 2018 in the department of neurosurgery of the second hospital of hebei medical university were selected.Through the analysis of imaging data, they were divided into five groups according to the degree of invasion of the sagittal sinus. All patients were treated by neurosurgery, and their preoperative and postoperative KPS scores were compared, and statistical analysis was performed. Results:Among the 32 patients:type Ⅰ:12casescases;Type Ⅱ: 10 cases;4 cases of type Ⅲ;Two cases of type Ⅳ;There were 4 cases of Ⅴ type.KPS scores before and after surgery were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with parasagittal meningioma located in the central area, the selection of reasonable surgical methods is of great significance for the protection of the reflux venous system and cerebral nerve function.
