Objective: The sagittal sinus meningioma(PSM)is a group of tumors that originate in the arachnoid granules that easily infiltrate the laxtrum(SSS)during growth, resulting in difficult tumor resection. For some of the tumor around the important drainage veins and located in the functional area of the sagittal sinus meningioma(PSM)make the whole tumor more difficult;blindly pursue the whole cut will lead to serious complications. Therefore, this article focuses on the microsurgery of the tumor and the important structure of the peritumoral protection. Methods: The retrospective analysis of the Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 in Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of patients with sagittal sinus meningioma, such patients were in our hospital after general anesthesia down "Under the microscope intracranial tumor resection," carefully reviewed the clinical data of 35 patients hospitalized during this period in our hospital,25 were female,10 males, the largest of 77 years, the youngest of 19 years old,The average age is 52.3 years old.The surgical methods, preoperative and postoperative imaging information, postoperative complications and recurrence rate of these patients were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the effect of microsurgery on the tumor in this site. Results: All 35 patients completed the operation without any intraoperative or postoperative deaths.Postoperative symptoms improved in 5 cases, there was no case of exacerbation of the original symptoms;postoperative patients with different degrees of spasticity in 4 cases, after bedside rehabilitation treatment after limb muscle strength improved.Three patients had secondary epilepsy after surgery and were given antiepileptic treatment.Epilepsy was well controlled during follow-up.Conclusion: Microsurgical treatment is still the preferred treatment for parasagittal meningioma.Because of the tight adhesion between the tumor and the sinus wall and its surrounding vital structures,it is difficult to separate and completely remove it during surgery. When the injury leads to serious postoperative In case of dysfunction,at this time, the tumor should not be over-treated,allowing a small amount of residual tumor, and the residual tumor can be assisted in the postoperativeradiotherapy.
