Purpose:As China's aging problem becomes more and more prominent, paying attention to the health problems of the elderly has become a key task in the process of health services. In the common and frequently-occurring diseases of the elderly, senile debilitating syndrome is a disease worthy of attention. It is an age-related syndrome with increased vulnerability to environmental factors. Its core feature is the decline in the reserve function of multiple systems including metabolism, neuromuscular and immune. There is a comorbid relationship between this disease and other diseases.Stable angina is a disease with high morbidity, severe symptoms, and even life-threatening conditions.Based on the above background, the research purpose of this study is to 1)verify the reliability of the measurement tool for senile debilitation, and on this basis, analyze the severity of the aging syndrome in the subject and explore its influencing factors;2)the stable based on the research object In patients with angina pectoris, the association between senile debilitating syndrome and stable angina was analyzed to determine the relationship between the severity of senile debilitation and the severity of stable angina.Method:The researchers mainly used literature research, observation methods and questionnaires to advance the research process. The questionnaire survey included the general demographic characteristics of patients and the assessment of the debilitating level of senile debilitating syndrome. The subjects selected for the study were elderly patients who were admitted to the Zibo Social Welfare Institute from September 2017 to August 2018 and who were admitted to the inpatient and outpatient clinics of Zibo Central Hospital. The general sociodemographic characteristics of the above subjects were investigated, including gender, age, marital status, monthly income, and comorbid status. The Tilburg Weakness Measurement Tool was used to comprehensively evaluate the aging of the study samples. This measurement tool includes three dimensions:physical weakness, mental weakness, and social weakness. There are 8 indicators that reflect physical weakness: physical health, natural weight loss, difficulty walking, balance, vision problems, hearing problems, grip strength, and fatigue. There are four indicators that reflect mental weakness: memory, depression, anxiety, coping ability;three indicators reflecting social weakness: living alone, social relations, and social support. The evaluation of each item of the scale is abnormally 1 point,0 points normally, the score range is 0-15 points,5 points and above is weak, and the higher the score, the more severe the degree of weakness.According to the Canadian Cardiovascular DiseaseSociety(CCS)angina severity rating criteria, the stable angina pectoris was divided into grades I-IV,grouped by level, and then the difference in the level of senile debilitating syndrome between the groups was observed. The reliability and validity of the above measurement tools were tested by reliability test, factor analysis and correlation analysis. The mean of the quantitative data was compared by t test and analysis of variance. In the analysis of variance, the LSD method was also used for pairwise comparison. To understand the relevant influencing factors of senile debilitating syndrome, multiple linear regression and logistic regression techniques were used to analyze the data.Result:The results show that the scale used in this study has good reliability and validity. The total Cronbach's coefficient of the scale is 0.831.The factor analysis results show that the measurement tool can be divided into 3 common factors, and the contribution rate of the three factors reaches 82.1 %.The content validity test showed that the level of correlation coefficient between each item and the total amount was higher(p<0.05).Univariate and multi-element analysis showed that age(p < 0.001),marriage(p < 0.05),monthly income(p < 0.05),and angina severity(p < 0.05)and comorbidity(p < 0.05)all affected patients.Older debilitating levels, older patients, unmarried, widowed and divorced patients, and patients with lower monthly incomes are at greater risk of weakness. At the same time, the more severe the angina and the more severe the comorbid condition, the greater the severity of the weakness. Conclusion:The senile debilitating syndrome is affected by many factors. The severity of stable angina pectoris is positively correlated with the severity of senile debilitating syndrome. The more severe the stable angina pectoris, the more severe the debilitation.Controlling the influencing factors helps clinicians develop appropriate diagnostic interventions to improve the debilitating condition of the elderly and improve the quality of life of the population...
