Objective: To combine the serum cystatin C(Cys-C)levels of elderly stable angina patients with TCM syndromes and syndrome elements. To explore whether there is a correlation between Cys-C level and TCM syndromes, phlegm, stasis,Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency, and Yin deficiency, and establish a quantitative basis for their interaction. It provides more objective basis for clinical treatment of stable angina patients in old age. Methods: From December 2017 to December 2018,a total of 240 patients with stable angina patients who met the standards were collected in the Geriatrics, cardiovascular and emergency departments of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The Cys-C level was tested and four diagnosis information was collected. For the 2017 Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program and clinical route of the Geriatrics Department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It is divided into four groups: the phlegm and turbidity syndrome block group, the Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group, the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome group, and the Xinyang shock syndrome group, and according to Zhuwenfeng's "Syndrome elements dialectics",the patient's phlegm, stasis,Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency, and Yin deficiency 5 syndrome elements are scored.Combined with Cys-C level, the correlation between Cys-C level and Cys-C level was observed.2,using SPSS 23 statistical software for statistical analysis, statistical results: P >0.05 is no statistical difference;P <0.05,P <0.01 is a statistical difference.Results:1.The results of this study showed that the overall distribution of TCMsyndromes was phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome and deficiency of qi and yin syndrome were more common in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris. There are statistical differences in gender of TCM syndrome types, which are as follows:phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome,Xinyang non-vibration syndrome male patients are more than women,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome female patients are more than men.The syndrome types of TCM were related to age.The order of age was Xinyang syndrome > phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome > deficiency syndrome of qi and yin from high to low,and the data were statistically different. The level of Cys-C in different TCM syndrome groups was significantly different, including phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome group,qi yin deficiency syndrome group,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group,Xinyang non-vibration syndrome group,Phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome group was significantly higher than other groups, there was statistical difference;Xinyang syndrome group was significantly lower than other groups, there was statistical difference;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group was lower than qi yin deficiency syndrome group, but there was no statistical difference.2.In the aspect of syndrome elements, phlegm turbid, blood stasis and qi deficiency syndrome elements are more distributed in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris. There are statistical differences in gender between different syndrome elements of the patients, which are manifested in: "phlegm turbid" is more common in male patients;"Qi deficiency" is more common in female patients, the data have statistical differences, but there is no significant difference in gender distribution of blood stasis,qi stagnation and yin deficiency syndrome. In the miscellaneous syndrome groups, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was more common in elderly male patients. There was no significant correlation between syndrome elements and age,and there was no statistical difference in data.In different syndrome element groups the level of Cys-C is obviously different. The data showed that the level of Cys-C was significantly correlated with phlegm and blood stasis, and there was alinear positive correlation. Conclusion: 1.The distribution of TCM syndromes in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris is related to sex, which is manifested in that the probability of phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome in male patients is relatively higher than that in female patients.Female patients have syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the probability of deficiency of both qi and yin is relatively higher than that of male patients. The syndrome types of TCM were related to age.The order of age was Xinyang syndrome > phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome > qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome > deficiency syndrome of qi and yin from high to low,and the data were statistically different.Xinyang syndrome is more common in elderly patients.2.There was no significant relationship between Cys-C level and age and sex in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris. The data show that Cys-C level can be used as an objective basis for distinguishing syndrome differentiation of phlegm turbid arthralgia syndrome and heart yang deficiency syndrome in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris, but it can not help to distinguish syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis from syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin.3.In syndrome elements groups, phlegm turbid, blood stasis and qi deficiency syndrome were more distributed in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris. There is a certain correlation between syndrome elements and sex, which is manifested in that the probability of qi deficiency syndrome in women is relatively higher than that in men, while the probability of phlegm turbid syndrome in men is relatively higher than that in women. In the miscellaneous syndrome group, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is more common in elderly male patients. There was no significant correlation between the grouping of syndrome elements and age.4.There was a linear positive correlation between sputum, stasis syndrome and Cys-C level. The higher the score of phlegm and stasis syndrome was,the higher the Cys-C level was.High level of Cys-C was more common in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris with phlegm turbid and blood stasis, and the higher the Cys-C level, the more serious the situation of phlegm turbid and blood stasis.Therefore,Cys-C level can provide objective quantitative basis for elderly patients with stable angina pectoris, especially for patients with phlegm turbid and blood stasis syndrome, and assist TCM syndrome differentiation.
