Allergy,a disease with high incidence,has plagued humans for long time,and there is no cure in medicine.It is especially important to do allergen detection for suspected allergic patients in a timely manner.In the method of detecting allergens in vitro,it is often necessary to use auxiliary instruments.Because domestic research and development of such products is insufficient and foreign products are expensive,it is very important to strengthen the medical instruments for allergen detection.We consider one of the in vitro test methods,the histamine test.There are some shortcomings in the existing histamine detector,such as low automation,many manual operations,lack of cleaning modules,and unfriendly human-machine interface.This paper introduces a new type of allergic reaction detection system based on histamine concentration.The system is divided into three layers of management and supervision level,real-time control level and field equipment level.Each layer structure is designed and implemented modularly,and the detection of histamine concentration is completed with higher quality and higher automation.The main work of this paper includes the following points:(1)Analyze the requirements of the allergic reaction detection system and give the overall design of the above three-layer structure.(2)Complete the hardware design of the system according to requirements,including fluorescence detection module,cleaning module,syringe movement module,syringe pump suction module and PLC hardware interface.Among them,amplitude measurement method combined with photon counting method is used to improve the measurement of the fluorescence detection.The spring cleaning device using the peristaltic pump improves many disadvantages of the traditional water pump cleaning.The needle movement module with high-precision proximity switch finishes fault detection and position zeroing.(3)According to requirements of the detection process and the human-machine interface,the design of PC software,PLC software and fluorescence detection module MCU software is completed.Among them,the LabVIEW environment is used to develop the PC software with friendly human-machine interface.The OPC technology enables LabVIEW to read and write the working parameters of the PLC,realize the networking of multiple devices,and improve the compatibility.A compatible RS485 application layer protocol of syringe pump is designed to reduce the number of communication modules that need to be expanded.(4)Finally,test and analyze the functional modules of the system to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the system.After the actual measurement,the detection system performance of this paper is proved to be stable.Also,it has a friendly human-machine interface,good detection and data processing functions,and high detection accuracy and credibility,which meets the basic application requirements.The system designed in this paper also has the characteristics of high degree of automation and high compatibility,so it has the promotion value in the field of medical detection in the future.
