| [Objective]As the largest institute in the health care industry,Jiangsu medical association needs to build a high level web site to meet the demand of Internet increasing user and quality service provided by society organization.Therefore,this study starts analyzed the background,necessity,function and other aspects of the website of Jiangsu medical association to understand its current situation and overall level of the website construction through theoretical research and questionnaire survey,clarifying the satisfaction and dissatisfaction and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the website construction.Combined with the website construction of domestic and foreign medical associations and the responsibilities assumed by Jiangsu provincial medical association,this paper explored the future construction and improvement direction of Jiangsu provincial medical association website to further provide quality services for medical workers in the field of health.[Methods]On the basis of previous literature induction,combined with the users of Jiangsu province medical association website and its characteristics,the paper designed the user satisfaction questionnaire on Jiangsu province medical association website,including construction of Jiangsu medical association website integral style,columns,functional use,the proposed new features and WeChat platform.The survey method include online survey and paper questionnaire.With the help of the questionnaire software,the network survey generated QR codes and links,which were distributed in the website of Jiangsu medical association,the working group of Jiangsu medical association,the working group of Jiangsu continuing education project,the application group of Jiangsu medical science award and the academic conference hosted by Jiangsu medical association.At the same time,paper questionnaires were also distributed in Jiangsu medical association website information officer,branch website administrator,medical appraisal experts and academic conference site.As a result,702 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98%.[Results]The survey showed that users of the website of Jiangsu medical association had a high overall satisfaction,with 62.82% satisfied and 9.97% very satisfied,respectively.Satisfaction mainly includes the content of the site resources and stability satisfaction of more than 80%.The columns with the highest degree of satisfaction were the “academic dynamics” and “academic activities of the society”,accounting for about 50%,with high timeliness and importance.Analysis of the site's features showed that about 70% of users were satisfied with the online registration and submission system.The satisfaction of junior title individuals are higher than that of senior title individuals.The main problems included that 43% of users had difficulty in finding entry point.Columns of “complaints and suggestions”,“local dynamics”,“window of chapter”,“medical appraisal” and other columns were updated slowly with poor timeliness,and the satisfaction rate was lower than 15%.The process of filling in the education project application system was too complicated.33.62% of the website users thought that the education application system was not smooth and needed to be further optimized.The official WeChat of Jiangsu medical association attracted little attention and 39% of users had never followed We Chat of Jiangsu medical association.In terms of new columns and functions,more than 60% of users thought that “academic resources” and “online discussion exchange” should be added.More than 35% of users thought that it needed to increase “the science and health”,“science and technology evaluation” and other columns.63% of the users said that it needed to open the “electronic credits”.More than 50% of users agreed with opening “academic conference payment online payment” and “online booking hotel function”.46% users thought that “teaching project filing system” and “credit management system” needed to be merged.[Conclusion]Users of the website of Jiangsu medical association had a high overall satisfaction,and the services provided by the website could basically meet the needs.However,there were still some problems such as the need for further optimization of the business system,slow or missing column update,insufficient utilization of the WeChat platform and unrealized electronic functions.The results suggest to make a reasonable improvement plan for the website structure of Jiangsu medical association,so that users could quickly and accurately obtain relevant information and business entry.The results also suggest to upgrade and revise the education project application system.It is suggested to add “academic resources”,“online academic exchanges”,“health and science popularization”,“science and technology evaluation”,“government transfer functions”,“member management system”,“party construction work columns”,“committee change”,election system,and other columns and systems.It is also suggested to open “online payment for academic conferences”,“online hotel booking” and other functions,and implement electronic credits.It is better to further promote the official We Chat of Jiangsu medical association.At the same time,it is suggested to establish and improve the assessment and reward mechanism,and strengthen the daily maintenance and management of Jiangsu medical association website and its 76 branches.The website is revised according to the above suggestions.The effect of the revision website is evaluated preliminarily.After revision,the overall satisfaction of website users was significantly higher than that before revision.The page layout structure,ease of use/compatibility,stability and business entrance satisfaction of the website are improved.It is hoped that through further revision and improvement,the Jiangsu medical association website can achieve the function of "online association" and better serve Jiangsu Medical Association in performing various functions.
