Objective:To detect the expression of CAIX and Ki67 in Gastric-type of cervical adenocarcinoma(GCA),and discuss the potential function of CAIX and Ki67 in the development and diagnosis of GCA,aim at improving the pathological diagnosis accuracy of this disease and providing some theoretical basis for clinical therapy of GCA.Method:1.Collect 22 cases of diagnosed GCA tissue specimens in the pathology department of First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and tumor hospital of Shanxi from 2000.1to 2017.12,meanwhile 22 cases of common cervical adenocarcinoma tissues during the same period were randomly selected,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia glandular tissue specimen and 20 normal cervical tissue specimens were collected.All patients were not treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery.2.The expression levels of CAIX and Ki67 in the samples of four groups were detected by immunohistochemical staining-Envision.3.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.The?~2 test was used to analyze the expression differences of CAIX and Ki67 in each group and the correlation between their expression levels and clinicopathological parameters in GCA.The correlation between CAIX and Ki67 protein expression in GCA was determined by?~2 test.Significant level:?=0.05.Result:1.The positive expression rate of CAIX and Ki67 in normal cervical glandular epithelium,atypical hyperplasia gland,common cervical adenocarcinoma and GCA tissue increased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was also statistically significant difference between each two group(P<0.008).2.The expression of CAIX protein in GCA tissues was associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and has no relationship with age,menopausal status,parametrial infiltration and FIGO stage of patients(P>0.05).3.The expression of Ki67 protein in GCA tissues was associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and has no relationship with age,menopausal status,parametrial infiltration and FIGO stage of patients(P>0.05).4.The expression of CAIX is correlated to the expression of Ki67 in GCA tissues.Conclusion:1.CAIX protein may be associated with the development of GCA and related to the malignant degree of GCA.2.Ki67 protein may be associated with metastasis and malignant degree of GCA.3.The significant increased expression of CAIX and Ki67 protein in GCA may give some contributions to the pathological diagnosis of GCA to some extent.The combined detection of these two proteins may provide a new critical reference value for diagnosing and curing GCA.
