Study On Risk Factors Of Behavior Problems Of Preschool Children In Hexi District Of Tianjin

ObjectiveTo explore the current situation of preschool children's behavior problems and the influencing factors of risk factors so as to formulate feasible prevention and intervention strategies.MethodsUse Behavior scale for children(Child behaviors Checklist,CBCL),Hexi district of Tianjin preschoolers Behavior tests,questionnaires,354,354 through 120 children Behavior test,for diagnosis of attack,division force,social withdrawal,hyperactivity,depression,cruelty,sexual problems,discipline,the body SuShu 9 Behavior problems of children present situation analysis,respectively,according to the 9 Behavior problems of children Behavior survey,data of the chi-square test and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis,To preliminarily explore the risk factors of behavioral problems in children.ResultsSingle factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis found that children aggressive behavior is associated with age,family income,sleep,schizophreniform compulsive behavior related to age,frequency of movement,sleep,social withdrawal and age,family income,movement frequency,parents on company time,hyperactivity is associated with gender,age,with time,depression and age,family income,movement frequency,associated with time,cruel behavior related to household income,often eat western fast food,sex and family income,often eat western fast food,movement frequency,violations related to age,household income,with time,Body complaints were related to family income and exercise frequency,and all the above factors had statistical significance.Multiariable logistic regression analysis revealed that children aggressive behavior and age,family income,parents with three factors,schizophreniform force with age,household income,do not love sports,parents with less,sleep five factors,social withdrawal and age,family income is on the high side,inactivity,parents with less four factors,hyperactivity and age,love sports two factors,depression and age,family income is on the high side,inactivity,parents with four factors,less cruel and household income is on the high side,often eat western fast food two factors,Sexual problems were related to four factors,including high family income,frequent consumption of foreign fast food,inactivity and less parental company.Discipline violation was related to four factors,including gender,age,love of sports and less parental company.Body complaints were related to three factors,namely gender,frequent consumption of foreign fast food and inactivity.ConclusionThe detection rate of behavioral problems among school-age children in Hexi District of Tianjin was 14.7%;age,gender,family income,frequency of eating fast food,exercise time,parental time and quality of sleep may be the influencing factors of children's behavior problems.
