Study On The Classification Of Syndrome And Treatment Of The Department Of Liver

Background:From theoretical research to clinical practice,Chinese medicine has the content of syndrome and treatment in respect of liver system.The current authoritative teaching materials are mostly reflected in the liver disease part of the syndrome differentiation of viscera organs,the lower part of the three coke syndrome differentiation,and the pathological changes of blood gas in the differentiation of qi and blood.The distribution of syndromes is scattered and messy,and there is a lack of systematic elaboration and communication between each other,especially the omission of syndrome types related to the liver system.When most doctors talk about Jueyin syndrome,they only know the typical syndromes of Danggui Sini decoction of Jueyin pericardial cold,but they don't know other syndromes.As for some common and entrapment syndromes of liver system,there is a lack of sufficient argumentation.It can not meet the need of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Purpose and Method: In order to solve the above problems,the system unit of "Jueyin liver system" and the main classics(Neijing,typhoid fever,Jinkui,febrile disease)are selected.Collecting and sorting out the related expositions on physiology,pathology and treatment of the syndrome of liver meridian system of Jueyin,adopting the classification method of etiology,position and pathogenesis,and systematizing the contents of syndromes and treatment of liver system.In order to achieve the initial construction of the internal compatibility,cold communication,and internal and external syndromes classification framework.Result:From the perspective of TCM syndrome classification,based on a comprehensive review of the physiology and pathology of the liver meridian of Jueyin,this article takes the position of disease as the outline,the first subdivision of the liver under the liver system,and the combination of the tri-coke,and melts into the vital qi and blood,and the content of the syndrome and treatment of the liver system of Jueyin is summarized.Refinement of disease location;Then the following causes,the etiology of the first six qi,internal six,phlegm-stasis-deficiency and other types of treatment.The common syndromes of liver system,mixed syndromes and other syndromes are summarized.And each type of syndrome,mechanism,treatment,prescription and differentiation were described.At the end of the article,some examples of medical records are given to show the advantages of applying the classification framework of liver system syndrome to deal with complicated and difficult diseases,and to broaden the thinking and vision of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.In the part of discussion,the relationship between liver and syndromes and the problems related to liver disease in Treatise of febrile Diseases were discussed theoretically.The research on the classification of syndrome and treatment of the liver system of Jueyin integrates the connotations of six meridians,eight classes,zang-fu organs,three Jiao,Wei Qi,Ying blood and so on,and close the relationship between them in the liver diseases.The syndrome system of liver system was divided into four types: the type of syndrome,the type of syndromes and syndromes,so that the syndrome of liver system was independent from the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,and the syndrome differentiation of six causes was reflected in the syndrome of liver system.This paper discusses liver system and other miscellaneous diseases in the special chapter of superficial and internal syndromes and his meridian syndromes in order to provide more dialectical thinking for solving difficult liver diseases.
