The Clinical Effect Observation Of The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder With Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined With Fascia Release

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hot moxibustion combined with muscle release in treating periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period,in order to explore a new method for the treatment of Periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period.Methods: A total of 60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected from July 2018 to December 2018 in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Acupuncture Department of the Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture.Acupuncture was used to select points for Jianliao,Jianzhen,Jianqian,Ashi,Hégu? L.I.4,Quchi,Waiguan,Yanglingquan and Tiaokou Touchengshan on the affected side HEAT-SENSITIVE MOXIBUSTION was performed at the same time of acupuncture.The treatment group was treated by hot-sensitive moxibustion combined with muscle release.The first group was treated by muscle release,and the last group was treated by hot-sensitive moxibustion.The two groups had the same course of treatment.After 3 courses,simplified McGill pain scale and Melle score of shoulder joint function were compared between two groups.And the clinical effect of the two groups were compared statistically.Results:1.There was no significant difference in PRI,Vas and PPI scores between the two groups before treatment(p > 0.05)There were significant differences in PRI,Vas and PPI scores between the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05),and there were no differences betweet PRI,Vas Pri and PPI scores before and after treatment(p <0.05).2.Melle score: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the index of shoulder activity before treatment(p > 0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in this index(p < 0.05),and there was significant difference in shoulder motion score between the two groups before and after treatment(p < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.6% and 90.0% respectively.The Difference of Clinical Curative effect between the two groups was significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: HEAT-SENSITIVE MOXIBUSTION combined with muscle release has a significant clinical effect on periarthritis of shoulder at adhesion stage,and has a significant advantage in improving the movement of shoulder joint and relieving local pain of shoulder joint The utility model has the advantages of convenient operation,strong pertinence and clear curative effect.
