Objective: to explore the relationship between lumbar facet joints and lumbar disc herniation based on imaging technology,in order to find out the cause of lumbar disc herniation and the opportunity of early intervention,and to reveal the mechanism of delayed degeneration to lumbar disc herniation.Method: according to the inclusion criteria,selection in January 2014 to January 2017 in jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,650 cases of patients diagnosed with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,refer to the 650 people in jiangxi province in the traditional image system always lumbar CT and MRI pills,export YingXiangPian,through Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 software measuring bilateral lumbar vertebra small joint Angle,by Weishaupt classification standard to determine degree of degeneration of the lumbar spine joints,by Pfirrmann grading standard determination of lumbar disc degeneration.The measurement results were obtained through measurement,and the relationship among lumbar facet joint Angle,lumbar disc degeneration and lumbar facet joint degeneration was obtained through comparative analysis.Spearman grade correlation analysis was performed on non-normally distributed lumbar disc degeneration grades,lumbar facet joint degeneration grades,lumbar facet joint asymmetry,lumbar disc herniation,age,etc.,a =0.005.When P<0.05 indicates significant correlation,P<0.01 indicates very significant correlation.Results:1.The grade of lumbar intervertebral disc is positively correlated with the grade of lumbar facet joint degeneration,r =0.365,P =0.000.2.The grade of disc degeneration and grade of lumbar facet joint degeneration were positively correlated with age,P=0.0003.Lumbar facet joint asymmetry is positively correlated with lumbar facet joint degeneration grade,r=0.251,P=0.0004.Lumbar facet joint asymmetry is positively correlated with lumbar disc herniation,r=0.582 P=0.0005.Lumbar facet joint degeneration grade was negatively correlated with lumbar disc herniation,r=-0.294,P=0.0006.There was a significant correlation between l4/5 and l5-s1 disc degeneration and facet joint symmetry(P=0.000),while there was no significant correlation between l3-4 disc degeneration and facet joint symmetry(P>0.0.05).Conclusion:(1)Lumbar disc degeneration and lumbar facet joint degeneration is close,positive correlation.The grade of lumbar disc degeneration and the grade of lumbar facet joint degeneration were positively correlated with age.(2)lumbar facet joint asymmetry was positively correlated with lumbar facet joint degeneration grade,lumbar facet joint asymmetry was positively correlated with lumbar disc herniation,lumbar facet joint degeneration grade was significantly correlated with lumbar disc herniation,and lumbar disc degeneration grade was not correlated with lumbar facet joint asymmetry.
