| It is difficult for traditional process methods to reveal the iterative risk within a project.However,iteration is inevitable in today’s project management environment.Thus,as a tool which can show the information flow between activities,design structure matrix(DSM)is a growing concern.For the process problems in M-Health projects,a set of multi-project process methods based on DSM is designed to fix them.In these methods,the numerical DSM is used to reveal the duration information of activities and the information flow between the activities.Iterations that marked in the DSM are quantified to reveal the probability of risks.And the aftereffect of iterations will be offset by buffer zones established based on the numerical DSM.A plugin is added to the DSM to reveal the resource conflict in multi-project environment.In addition,a two-step priority strategy can be used to judge the priority of conflict activities.Finally,through an example in classic M-Health multiproject environment,the multi-project process methods based on DSM is proved to be efficient and valuable in increasing the reliability of project scheduling and compressing the project duration. |
