| Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of sentinel lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis of lymphatic metastasis of early endometrial cancer and to provide optimal tracer selection for developing sentinel lymph nodes.Methods: Computer-retrieved related databases at home and abroad: China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wan Fang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,Pubmed Database and Medline Database,and obtained domestic and foreign literature on sentinel lymph node biopsy for detection of early endometrial cancer lymphatic metastasis The search time is from January 1,2000 to December 31,2018.The qualified languages are Chinese and English.The selected documents are then selected and excluded according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the selected documents are included.Quality evaluation,data extraction,and finally Meta-disc1.4 software for meta-analysis of the extracted data.Results: A total of 17 Chinese and English literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 1369 patients,including 7 Chinese and 10 English.Meta analysis results show:1.Sensitivity of sentinel lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis of lymphatic metastasis of early endometrial cancer was 97%(95% CI: 94%-99%),specificity was 97%(95% CI: 87%-99%),accuracy was 95%(95% CI: 92%-97%),SLN recognition rate was 87%(95% CI:83%-92%).The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted based on the combined sensitivity and specificity,and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to be 98%(95% CI: 96%-99%).2.Comparison of tracer-developed sentinel lymph nodes: sensitivity and specificity of dye-developed SLN were 97%(95% CI: 90%-99%)and 99%(95% CI: 35%-100%),respectively;The sensitivity and specificity of the developed SLN were 98%(95% CI: 71%-100%)and 99%(95% CI: 86%-100%),respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of SLN developed by the combined method They were 98%(95% CI: 91%-100%)and 87%(95% CI:54%-97%).Conclusions: Sentinel lymph node biopsy is valuable in lymphatic metastasis of early endometrial cancer,and the nuclide method is superior to the combined method over the dye method in terms of the choice of tracer for developing sentinel lymph nodes. |
