| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of sentinel lymph node biopsyin the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastases in early stage cervicalcancer.Methods Relevant studies were identified by systematicallysearching EMBASE，PUBMED，CNKI，WEIPU，WANGFANG，timefrom2000to2013. There were11studies filter out from200studies，analyzed by Meta-analysis software MetaDiSc1.4Results11study, a total of581cases of patients with the merger of thesensitivity and specificity for sentinel lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis ofearly pelvic metastasis were0.86(95%CI:0.78-0.91) and0.98(95%CI:0.97-0.99), respectively.Conclusion Sentinel lymph node biopsy in diagnosis of lymph nodemetastasis of cervical cancer is reliable. |
