Objective 1.To understand the status of self-perceived burden, sleep quality and self-esteem of patients with rheumatoid arthritis;2.To analyze the factors influencing the self-perceived burden of patients with rheumatoid arthritis from demographic data, disease conditions and other aspects, and further to explore the relationship between the self-perceived burden, sleep quality and self-esteem.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, investigating 308 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)admitted to the rheumatology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from May 2018 to September 2018.General data of the patients were investigated by self-designed demographic questionnaire;the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)was used to investigate the status of patients' perceived burden;self-esteem scale(SES)was used to investigate the status of self-esteem of patients;patients' sleep quality was investigated by Pittsburgh sleep index assessment scale(PSQI).SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis: statistical description, rank sum test, dichotomy logistic regression, canonical correlation analysis, etc. Results 1.The overall score of self-perceived burden of RA patients was(38.00 ±9.31).Among 306 RA patients,296 patients had self-perceived burden, accounting for96.7%.2.The overall self-esteem score of RA patients was(33.29±3.99).Among the 10 items, the item "I have a positive attitude towards myself" had the highest score(3.77±0.44),and the item "I am satisfied with myself in general" had the lowest score(2.95±0.72).3.The overall sleep quality of RA patients was(12.18±5.09),among them, sleep quality was(1.98±0.89),the time of fall asleep was(2.32±0.95),sleep time was(1.44±1.19),sleep efficiency(1.18±1.33),sleep disorder(2.05±0.51),hypnotic drugs(0.85±1.16),and daytime dysfunction(2.41±0.74).4.By the single factor analysis results,it is concluded that marital status, educational level, occupational status, medical treatment charge payment, family location, sick time, children, the main caregivers, the average family income, whether the daily movement, joint deformation, daily activities limited degree and self-perceived burden had statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);dichotomy logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of self-perceived burden were offspring, sick time, primary caregivers and joint deformation.5.Spearman rank correlation showed that economic dimension was positively correlated with sleep quality, the time to fall asleep, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction, and negatively correlated with self-esteem;emotional dimension was positively correlated with sleep quality, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction, and negatively correlated with self-esteem;physical dimension was positively correlated with sleep quality, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction, and negatively correlated with self-esteem.Taking items as the whole, canonical correlation analysis was conducted on self-esteem and self-perceived burden, and the first pair and the second pair of canonical correlation coefficients were obtained, which were 0.498 and 0.401,respectively,Wilk's values were 0.479 and 0.638,P <0.001.Taking dimensions as the whole, canonical correlation analysis was conducted between sleep quality and self-perceived burden, and the first and second pair of canonical correlation coefficients were 0.333 and 0.141,respectively.Wilk's values were 0.857 and 0.964,respectively.P <0.01 and P<0.533,respectively.Conclusion 1.RA patients generally have self-perceived burden.2.The influencing factors of self-perceived burden of RA patients were offspring, sick time, primary caregivers and joint deformation.3.The three dimensions of self-perceived burden of RA patients were negatively correlated with self-esteem,indicating that the lower the self-perceived burden of RA patients, the higher the level of self-esteem.
