| Part I The study of factors affecting RA patients with sleep disturbancesObjective. The aim of this study was to evaluate sleep quality and the related variables in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods. Eight-five diagnosed with RA and forty-nine healthy controls were enrolled in the study from September,2013to February,2014. Disease activity was assessed through the Disease Activity Score (DAS)28scale. All patients were assessed using the Health Assessment Questionnaire scales(HAQ), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),Results.1. The patients with RA had significantly higher scores in the subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, habitual sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance compared to the healthy control group.2. According to the results of Spearman’s analysis, there was a significantly correlation between age、ESR、CRT、DAS28、HAQ with PSQI3. DAS28and anxiety is predicting factors of sleep disorders.Conclusion. The sleep quality is disturbed in patients with RA. The poor sleep quality is especially associated with the disease activity. Clinicians should pay attention to Daytime Dysfunction wheather disease activity or not. Part II Analyse the cost and utilization of drugs for rheumatoid arthritis in117patients in single centerObjective. To evaluate and analyse the cost and utilization of drugs that are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.Methods. A retrospective investigation was carried out to analyse the cost and utilization of drugs for rheumatoid arthritis in117patients in our hospital from January,2011to December,2011.Results. There are four kinds of drugs for rheumatoid arthritis. Most medicine for treating rheumatoid arthritis was reasonable and comparatively cheap.Conclusions. Clinicians should adhere to the principle of individualized treatment in the treatment, taking objective evaluation of drugs’effect and side effects. At the same time, Clinicians should consider economic ability of patient and make the therapy plan reasonable. |
